Dr. Paxson did a wonderful job caring for our mother during her stay at Memorial hospital. He kept her comfortable and was considerate of her and the rest of the family when he was explaining everything to us.

Was under this doctor’s care and was put on prednisone for inflammatory lungs in 2017. My body got in severe stress from this medication; contacted his office, left a message for him, his NP and just a general anybody call...NO RETURN CALLS!!!! They wouldn’t even return my medical doc’s call!! As far as I’m concerned this doctor and office should be reported to the AMA for lack of training/knowledge, etc.....most of all lack of follow up with very sick patients!!! Got a new/great pulmonologist after this experience.

My visit was quick but he answered all my questions. I was having problems with my inhalers and the nurse explained how to use them and had good tips. The staff was friendly. I would recommend him to my friends.

My mom sees Dr Paxson for her copd. The office staff is always nice and answers all my questions. When her inhaler didn't work, he was quick to find one that did. Thanks to Dr Paxson my mom is breathing better than ever

Our dad had a triple bypass surgery in December and has been seen by this office in the past for COPD so he is an established patient. This week for three straight days we have been unable to get a return phone call from the office. Today home health care nurse was unable to get a return call either. This is not what we expected by Memorial Hospital which has always been great. Can not recommend this office for care of your loved ones.

At this time we have been waiting three days for a return phone call from the office even being an established patient. Just had a triple bypass a month and half ago and having trouble breathing and have left messages three straight days and even my home health care nurse left a message and no return calls. At this time we have to question the care of this practice to ignore patients who were referred by primary care to him. I can not recommend this office to anyone who has pulmonary problems.

I am very impressed with Dr. Paxson's expertise, his patient care and the time he is willing to spend with his patients. He explains info in understandable terms. He is also a good motivator.
