Exceptional service in every way! From the moment you walk into the Southside facility you are treated with total dignity and respect by every one employed there. The staff is really fantastic, but I got to tell you, Dr. Charles Crump is one in a million! He truly cares about each one of his patients health and well being! He is a man of impeccable character with his medical knowledge and expertise being top notch. I always look forward to my wellness appointments, for I know I will hear truth and helpful medical advice from him. Going through my 'golden years' is a challenge, but he points out what it takes to make them a lot smoother!

I've seen Dr Crump for many years now( like 15) or more and because I had to mainly see oncologists since 2017 for breast cancer treatment. And didn't get to come in for an annual check up 2017 & 2018 but he was forwarded medical records or suppose to have been . I was told today he would no longer see me because I would be a new patient and he isn't taking new patients. Its very disappointing after all these years to be told I have to find a new doctor until today. I have had great things to say about him in the past but now I will just say if your a patient just hope all goes well cuz if for any reason you have to see another Dr and don't make your annual physical, going on my experience,His attitude will change and he will ditch you. Very disappointing

I can't believe all the rave reviews on Dr. Crump. I just did not like him at all! I felt he was condescending and rude. If not outright mean.
