I had surgery from Dr. Jackson in November, 2019. I had incredible medical attention from him and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.

Dr. Jackson is the most on caring doctor I have ever experienced. I called his answering service with what for me was an emergency based on science to look out for for my condition. I asked the answering service just simply leave a message and not disturb him, but after telling them what it was about they assured me it was important that I talk to him. When he called me back he jumped down my throat and told me in these words I don’t care about your problem I’m not going to deal with your problem and not to call him after hours. When dealing with issues like cancer it’s important that a doctor have a good bedside manner, and my opinion is that this doctor only cares about money.

Dr. Jackson is wonderful! I can't say enough good things about him and his PA, Mike Albert. Both of them were very professional, caring, and sensitive to my concerns. Dr. Jackson explained things regarding my prognosis and the robotic surgery that I could easily understand. I had complete confidence in both Dr. Jackson and Mike. Dr. Jackson is the epitome of the kind of doctor one would want to see when facing the prospect of prostate cancer surgery. He and Mike made me confident that I was in good hands at every step along the way. We are fortunate to have a doctor of Dr. Jackson's caliber here in Chattanooga.

Dr. Jackson, Jennifer and Mike are the dream team when it comes to prostate cancer. From the first consultation through diagnostic testing surgery & follow up, this group made us feel valued. Dr. Jackson is a very professional and caring physician. I chose surgery for prostate cancer over other options and had a quick recovery with no significant long-term impacts. I have had occasions to speak with other patients of Dr. Jackson and each shared the same positive opinion as mine. He was very forthright with me saying each case can be different and a few patients may experience some long-term effects, but there are well-established solutions that minimize any quality-of-life concerns.

I had surgery for prostate cancer with Dr. Jackson and was told that the cancer was so advanced that I HAD to have surgery. Other heath issues prevented me from having radiation and chemo. After surgery, I was told that my urinary continence would return in a few weeks....then it was a few months...now it has been years and I am still urinary incontinent. I have found others in the same situation, after I was told I was the only one this had happened to. Patients should be told the entire truth.

Dr. Jackson is truly an outstanding Robotic Surgeon and a great person. He not only is a committed professional in his field that is second to no other Robotic Surgeon; he also deeply cares about his patients and reacts to them on a one on one basis giving them not only the best medical care, but also need emotional support. I had Robotic Prostate Cancer surgery 08.07.12. I had no complications, no serious pain and a complete recovery. I was back at work in 10 days. My prognosis is excellent.

Dr. Jackson is very calming, and does a great job explaining a difficult diagnosis. At 41 years old it seemed way too early for Prostate Cancer, but with the MRI guided biopsy we were able to pinpoint the cancer. He is constantly professional while still delivering information and a understandable way. I felt like I was always his patient even though we had just met. He bed side manner through the diagnosis, plan expectation, surgery and recovery has been 100% clear and easy to understand.

My husband and I were treated with the utmost respect from the moment we first met Dr. Jackson and Mike, his assistant. His office is inviting and homey. His receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait for an appointment. We met with Dr. Jackson because of my husband's elevated PSA. Dr. Jackson did an MRI then prostrate surgery. We've been very pleased with our experience.

Doctor Jackson has made me feel that my health and recovery from prostate surgery are his top priority. He has explained each step of the process with great detail. He has answered all of my questions. He is a class act! He also has a great team working with him. Mike has been with Doctor Jackson over 20 years. They are definitely on the same page. Jennifer has been great with all the scheduling for the office visits as well as with the hospital prior to surgery. This team is simply the Best!
