I have never been more disrespected by a Dr. in my life. I was told to "look it up on the internet" when asking questions about my procedure. Totally unprofessional. I would give him zero stars if that was an option.

Rude, acts like it’s an inconvenience just to see a patient. Treats staff poorly and makes a point to act bothered and irritated when asked any questions regarding medication or advice. Would give no stars if given the option.

Dr Kirby is a wonderful doctor with a great manner. He is very to the point and explains findings very well. He was not pushy but did give recommendations he felt was in my best interest.

I have struggled with my eyes for most of my life. I had a retinal detachment in 2016. The surgery performed to save my vision ended up leaving me with a very dense cataract a few years later. I knew that I shouldn't expect miracles. I knew that I had more of a likelihood of complications than most. I have very bad astigmatism. I just wanted my eye to be functional. The day after surgery, I was amazed when I woke up. My vision was the best it has been since I was a young child. The surgery was fast, and I only have slight discomfort, not even enough pain for Tylenol. I no longer have to struggle with vision in that eye. He was literally a Godsend. At 46, I have been given the gift of sight.

I have used Dr. Kirby for years, and I feel he is the Very Best. I wouldn't even consider using any one else. If its for an eye exam, or problems with my eyes, he takes care of me in an excellent manner.

Like so many other docs, he has become mercenary and apathetic. Gets angry if I question him about alternative treatment options.

This man is rude, impatient and unkind. He seems jaded and ready to retire. I had no problem with the staff. But they had problems with the equipment because of it being so outdated.

I have been seeing Dr. Kirby for almost 30 years. He has always helped me. His bedside manner can't be beat. While it takes a while to get an appointment sometimes, I believe that'she a testament to his skill and professionalism. I hopened he never retires.
