Chattanooga Imaging's Online Review Report Card

I have duel complete with UHC. Im not supposed to receive any bills from any health care provider. My PCP sent me to Chattanooga Imagings Hixson facility. A short time later I received an invoice telling me that I owe Chattanooga Imaging $51.18 . I called my insurance providers as well as the billing department at Chattanooga Imaging and I explained what my problem is. They said theyd look into it and get back to me. In the mean time I wrote a google review and explained my reasons for being displeased with the service that was provided. A few days later I get a call from Chattanooga Imaging and they told me that the billing issue had been resolved and ask if I would remove my review. I thanked them for their help and promised that I would remove the review right away. Yesterday I received another invoice for the same amount. So everything that I was told by the Chattanooga Imaging was not true. This is not the way youd expect a professional medical facility to conduct business. Im not suggesting that you dont use the services offered by this provider. Just dont be surprised if you experience negative results either financially or medically. How could I ever bring myself to trust any test results they may provide?

Today I went for a mammogram and i had a wonderful experience. I was so nervous as it was my first mammogram and cancer runs in my family. Cassie and Cassidy made my experience a 10 out of 10. By far the two most friendly girls I have ever met. Cassie was so sweet to me and handled my anxiety very well. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and told me how everything would go. I left with a smile.

I had a mammogram today and it was 5 stars beginning to end. I was checked in politely and efficiently. I only waited 5 minutes before I was called back and then once changed the tech took me promptly to the imaging room. Cassidy was the best tech I have had in my 13 years of mammos. My experience could not go any smoother. Thank You

Terrible experience at this location. I had an MRI.. They were not able to complete it with contrast. My doctor had put in an order MRI with contrast. Two trips down there and it didnt happen. The first time I went in my elbow swelled up. the dye stayed in my elbow for about a week. The MRI was rescheduled at Memorial the next week and it went off without a hitch. It took me a few days to talk with the office manager. She told me I would not get a full refund. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone.

Horrible experience. My daughter just had a CT SCAN and the nurse was very rude to her. If she’s this rudeshe shouldn’t be a nurse

Great experience here.  I wasnt sure what to expect for my imaging and was a little nervous the tech was so great about explaining everything and made me much more comfortable for something that could have easily gone the other way.  Thank you Thank you Highly recommend

What a horrible provider these people are. I went in for an MRI on May of 2020. I was advised that BCBS had been contacted and their portion had been approved. I was advised that my portion would be $1086.89 which I paid before the services were provided. A few months afterward I was sent a balance bill for $59.00. I called the accounting office in Indiana and after a long conversation was told that the balance would be sent for a review and that I would be hearing back from them if there was a problem. If not consider the issue resolved and not to worry. I just received notice that the $59.00 has been turned over to a collection collection agency. My credit rating has been trashed. I have since been advised that I overpaid and am due a refund but my credit has not been restored. These people cant get it right and it has been at my expense.Follow up Chattanooga Imaging removed the balance from the collection company and restored my credit.... Now 4 months later after being assured that this balance had been resolved months ago yesterday I received notice that Plaza Radiation d.b.a Chattanooga Imaging is trying to collect the $59.34 again. Here we go again Needless to say they never sent my refund. FYI they will not send an email confirming that any issues have been resolved against company policy. They do not want the consumer to have any written evidence to support being unfairly billed. My next move will be to the Consumer Protection Agency and my attorney. I despise this company the most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. If you do choose to work with this company it is at your own risk.

I recently had an xray and MRI of my lumbar spine. I had both of these things done 10 years ago at a different provider and I had facet arthopathy osteophytes on nerve roots stenosis and severe degenerative disc disease. I picked up my results from this provider and if you looked at the Xray report it looks like theres nothing wrong with my back. No evidence of abnormality or degenerative changes...those things dont reverse themselves. If they missed what I know is wrong with me what else did they miss? My MRI results at least mentioned 1 of the multiple things wrong. First and last time patient. Very disappointed.

Charged me for servicestests I NEVER HAD. I refused a 3D mammogram but they are attempting to charge me for 2 of them They dont do billing in the office and their offsite billing place is impossible to work with.

Overall the staff was nice. Unfortunately I went in for a mammogram and ultrasound just for doctor to refer me to a doctor at Erlanger to do the same thing and a biopsy. This is frustrating because this cost me an additional doctors bill when it could’ve been done here. On top of that I never received a bill in the mail and then 3 months later receive a phone call stating that it will be sent to collections.
