Communicate...be more clear on what insurance you take communicate with the damned doctors office ask before I wait 30 freaking minutes with my child sitting there in agony I dont know be less of billing center and more of a care oriented business provider. Eh but I understand screw my kid and his pain we got office furniture cable bills aroma therapy hardwood floors and lease payments to make. They were gracious enough to have a self pay option ready to go though. Almost like they...no No way they would do that. Would they? I guess I should have taken a selfie with my cash option since it is an imaging center. It was only twice what they charge my insurance which is odd since I thought is I paid cash it would be cheaper. Didnt even offer me any lube

I never thought I would be pleased enough to write about an imaging center but here I am I was sent here by my physician to get a routine test done. I was pleased to see that they emphasized COVID rules by assuring I had my mask signs to direct flow and spreading people out. I had a short wait and was given a very thorough explanation on how the test would go. They even made sure I felt safe around the machine. The staff was all personable and easy to be around. If your insurance allows it come here for your imaging

They were very nice I was the last one for the day an someone stayed with me outside until my ride came even my tec stoped on her way home to check on me. Thank you Chattanooga Imaging

Great staff and care but office manager unwilling to fix their own billing error. Wasnt willing to compromise on their own billing error and miscommunication with doctors office. Another example on how the end user gets the short end of the stick in the healthcare industry. Made a good experience turn sour. Sorry.

Friendly staff great doctors and wonderful experiences.  Ive had multiple scans here and every time everything has been great  Also the pricing is so good.  When I checked prices with the local hospitals Chattanooga Imaging was about a 3 times cheaper.  Highly recommend

I have to admit I am a chicken when it comes to anything happening to me. I just want to thank Shellie and Jessica for being very calm with me and explaining everything to me and putting me at ease. They did an awesome job and made me very comfortable. Great job ladies. Yall are the very best.

I just went In for my first mammography. The facility is very nice and clean.  The registration was super quick and the girl was very friendly.  We didnt have to wait like not at all.  Amy was technician performing my test.  She was training a girl named Erin.  She asked to make sure Id be comfortable with that.  They were both so nice.  The room is very dark and Im visually impaired.  She took time explaining exactly what was happening and the clear face shield so I didnt smash my face.  I was a tiny bit nervous but it was so quick. They were both very knowledgeable and kind.  Made a quick pit stop on the way out bathroom was spotless too. They even had deodorant available.  I packed mine. The waiting area is nice with hgtv and coffee.  Very pleasant 25 minute experience.

Ive been here a couple of times to bring mom for CT Scans.  The staff is always friendly.  People would stop in and ask how to get to a particular area of the hospital and the lady at the desk was so helpful.  Also the waiting room has plenty of seating and a coffee station available.

The staff was great very kind. Nice facility that was clean and organized.

Dr. Wendt is an Absolute Joke. He will ruin your life. Instead of doing the right thing and sending me to a place that actually specialized in my situation he took it upon himself to perform a surgery over his head and it has cost me EVERYTHING.  Do Not Trust this clown
