I recently had a breast lift and augmentation. I could not be happier with my results! Dr. Chase was wonderful and the staff is great too. Pain after surgery was minimal. The worst part of the entire process was not getting to drink my coffee the morning of the surgery! If you are on the fence and trying to decide what to do, you should definitely go talk to Dr. Chase!

I was so nervous and had a ton of anxiety but Dr. Chase and his staff were amazing. I am so grateful to have found such an awesome practice that was supportive every step of the way.

From the first consultation to the final post-op, Dr Chase’s surgical skills, his God given artistic ability, his dedication to his patients and the care and attention he and his staff give to each individual is nothing short of remarkable. I am so incredibly happy with the results of my brow lift and lower facelift. I feel like I have been given 25 years back! I just can’t thank you enough!!

He is the best plastic surgeon around. He was top of his class in medical school, had his choice of residendy programs including Mayo Clinic, and is an incredible artist. He has transformed my face and my before/after pictures are amazing. He is the doc all of us nurses at Parkridge go to because he is the top rated doc between health care professionals....and we know the best. All of friends have had tummy tucks and breast surgeries...I was more concerned about aging. Now they are all dying for face lifts. I shout out to a gifted, caring, surgeon that gets outstanding results because he cares, is talented, and pays attention. Angel on Earth. Also is willing to come to hospital to see uninsured patients - usually children who have had their faces bitten by dog, and he fixes them without a scar left!!!

Dr. Chase and his staff are the best. They took the time to explain the procedure from start to finish - and made sure all questions were answered. Dr. Chase exceeded expectations - would recommend without hesitation!

I had a face lift 9/13/19. I feel uncomfortable going to the mailbox. I’m embarrassed by the hair loss .....a result of the surgery and as of yet I see no signs of it growing back. ......... This was my second facelift but unlike before when I felt so pretty and ‘danced every dance’ I am hiding behind wigs and hats. ....... I was not told that hair loss was a possibility after a face lift or I would have never spent $16,000 only to be so unhappy.

Not honest about procedures was told I was having C02 Skin laser surgery with face lift. The only place they do Co2 laser is in the hospitals that’s where the machines are located. I was charged for General anesthesia $1550.00 only to arrive the day of surgery at his office to have a CNA provide propofol. Dr. Chases prices are outrageous!! $3800.00 for Co2 skin facial laser I never received because it’s impossible for him to perform he doesn’t have the machine, over charged for anesthesia I did NOT receive, the fat transfer to my face completely uneven! I had to go to another doctor to have corrected. The lip repair was operated on 3 times and never done right. People pay attention and beware and please check around before you go to this doctor. I plan on filing a complaint with the medical board.

Dr. Chase did an EXCELLENT job. I was very nervous but SO GLAD I had surgery. His work is amazing! Stop putting it off like I did, just do it. It's life changing. Very grateful for the 'well done job'.
