He is a fine doctor, however, some of the worst staff I have ever encountered. When scheduling appointments expect to be treated like you are inconveniencing the front desk people and when you are waiting to get in, expect to hear the front desk ladies gossiping about patients.

I was looking for someone to see for postpartum care, and I was very impressed with Dr.Smith. He spent nearly an hour with me during my appointment, making sure to talk with me about everything I had concerns and questions about. I never once felt rushed. I would say he is a straight forward and knowledgeable man. I appreciate the time he took with me because I don't see that level of care in all doctors. After being quite disappointed with some physicians in Missoula, I would recommend him.

Dr. Smith is thorough and systematic in his questions. He gives objective advice with a realistic concern as to whether you will follow said advice. He is also uses a reasonably sensitive to cost of care and Rx.

I have been looking for a family practitioner when I was referred to Dr. Smith from someone at work. I was impressed with his prior research into my history, pointed questions and thoughtful answers. He even knew he was going to be off for the weekend and made sure my records were in the hands of the doctor on call to provide me with follow up care which ended up being necessary. He is a great doc and anyone would be lucky to call themselves a patient in my opinion.
