I had a breast reduction last month and my breasts turned out beautifully and at 61, that's a lot to say. Unfortunately I had a little complication on one of my breasts from diminished blood flow to that area which has nothing to do with the Dr's performance of the surgery, it's my body. I am thankful he is seeing me every 2 weeks and will continue to do so until it is healed. As a nurse I understand the process of wound healing. He is an excellent plastic surgeon and I have seen his amazing work in other people I know. His staff has been nothing but kind and attentive since day 1. Thank you Dr Chase and staff.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am not one to EVER write reviews, literally ever. So for me to even take time to do this says ALOT. I recently had a breast lift/augmentation 7/2021. I had some excessive bleeding during my surgery, and for some reason drains were not put in to help prevent further complications. (This is pretty standard and most Drs put in wound drains after this particular surgery) Anyways, three days after my surgery, I wake up with my implant up in my shoulder due to a large active bleed (hematoma) under my implant pushing it out of the socket. I contacted this office, sent a pic, was informed this was normal and it was ok. I ended up going to Memorial hospital being informed of the hematoma. I called Chase office and was then added to schedule after being told numerous times "I was fine and not to worry". They schedule me for a repeat surgery the next morning. I have the hematoma removed, and then two weeks later, develop blood clots in both lungs and was hospitalized AGAIN. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME was i called by Dr chase, or a nurse to ask how i was doing, or if i was ok. NEVER. I had to call the office every single time for a problem. THis surgery cost me almost 9 thousand dollars, and Ive never once been offered any type of refund for all the issues I had. Had he put the surgery drains in at the initial surgery, none of this would have ever happened. What was supposed to be a 1 week recovery took me a month. A month out of work, with no income. I still have yet to ever be called by the office and havent laid eyes on Dr chase since the surgery. He had his NP see me for every follow up. This office is a joke, period. It was so disappointing bc i saved money and worked so hard for this, only to be so disappointed. Please, PLease, go elsewhere for this surgery.

I’ve had an appointment for months. They called me an hour before and stated the doctor was no longer interested in this type of surgery and wanted to focus on breast implants. Very unprofessional and upsetting with no notice. Especially when it’s a procedure you have wanted your entire life.

I was so nervous and had a ton of anxiety but Dr. Chase and his staff were amazing. I am so grateful to have found such an awesome practice that was supportive every step of the way.

I used Chris Chase as my doctor for a surgery I wanted to have. He did an amazing job I would highly recommend him.

I am beyond shocked at the ridiculous review that Charity Dolls wrote on Dr Chase. First of all he he's the most kind , compassionate and a perfectionist when it comes to surgery. Secondly, I am a nurse and everyone that I know that works in surgery says beyond a doubt that Dr Chase is the best!. Charity, you sound like a nightmare patient that probably complains on everyone and everything. He is also honest and forthcoming when he discusses surgery. Seriously, you need to get a life!!
