5 star is nor high enough for a professional, compassionate, kind, sympathetic specialists as this One in a million. God blessed me with her over 30 years ago. I'm 70 now and cannot imagine physicals with out her.

Um no this is the worst place you can go. Went to the Ottawa office and was unaware I would be seeing a nurse practitioner bc I was scheduled with the Dr. The NP had requested to see the labs that brought me there in the first place about my thyroid. Told me I was pre Autoimmune and told me to take kelp with Iodine which i now know is a huge no no also told me to stop eating sugar because my glucose was high. It was actually a healthy glucose level and that's the first thing my mother said to her in the consultation. My mother is a nurse with 18 years of experience so I'm pretty sure she knows how to read a glucose lab. She tried to use scare tactics. She also said that I couldn't have medication until my thyroid was completely useless and basically needed help producing hormones. I now know that is wrong also. I went 3 years and through a pregnancy because she is an idiot and none of the endos in my are take my insurance but them. Do not go if you have Hashimoto's.the Chattanooga office with Marrie Bellis 1,000× better she is an angel and I would actually have considered her my friend if you see anyone see Marie Bell. Still giving 1 star bc the Ottawa office's NP advice was so detrimental to my health.

I took my twenty two year old daughter to Dr. Mashchak, and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and patient. My daughter feels comfortable enough to go by herself now.
