Dr. Galphin has zero bedside manner and has the personality of a wet noodle. Zero compassion much like most of the docs from that group. Knowledge has been suspect from our point of view.

Excellent care from start of diagnosis through dialysis to transplant.

Seems to be a fine man however my follow up with him was a disaster. I was experiencing a lot of pain which was either kidney stone or prostatitis. I called back 3 days later and asked for some pain medication and they treated me like I was Doctor shopping. I then called back 10 days later as I was advised to do in order to get a follow up antibiotic and they did not communicate back for 6 days at which time I was in severe pain. They advised me to go back to my Urologist. This Doctors treatment of me was embarresing doctor shopping treatment accusationthe failure to follow up on a timely basis and the failure to do as he had pledged with another treatment. The worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor in my 63 years.
