Cleve Waters's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Waters delivered my last son and 2 of my grandchildren. My son was sick when he was born and was sent to Children's hospital. Dr. Waters checked on him and talked to Dr. Carr , the baby's doctor daily. He also did my other surgeries and listened to me and made sure my mind set was good. I had lost my husband a few months earlier so he wouldn't do the surgery until he knew my mind was okay. I love him dearly.

Everything was great seeing dr waters. I’m now 28 weeks pregnant and it would’ve been nice to know that he was planning on retiring now I’m left trying to find another Obgyn to go to during my third trimester. & also listen to all the reviews on his receptionist Jody, she’s extremely rude and is the absolute worst receptionist.

Dr. Water has a good personality but I would not recommend him to be the doc delivering baby. I’ve been going to him my whole pregnancy to find out at the end that he want be delivering my baby, he wasn’t at my 36 week check up to check cervix , and he also cancelled my last appt before delivering my baby. His assistance calls me and tell me to contact another doc to make appt the day before my appt as if they would have availability. I’m very annoyed.

Dr. Waters delivered four of my children. I would give him the 100% Best Doctor award for getting to know, treating, and caring for his patients!

Cleve has been my doctor since 2016. He listen to you he has been working really hard to save my ovary with all the issues goin on. His Staff is very nice always polite. Also i can call an they get me in soon ASAP normally the same day or next day. They stay on top of things. He also removed my right ovary. Everything went well with that!!!!!

The receptionist was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I would say even high school graduates could do better than her. Doctor seem friendly but he tried to cover his employees fault all the times and never accepting his employee's mistakes. He never said Sorry. Instead of re training his employee he said "it was nobody's fault it was personality differences." Doctor reaction with the patient complaint was very disappointing and unprofessional. he just want the patient to leave the clinic without improving their service. If I was the doctor I would defiantly re training his employee and if it doesn't work out then he should hire well experienced and well trained employee in order to keep his patients. I strongly don't recommend this Clinic. The Doctor and receptionist was rude. If you don't want to get too stressed during pregnancy. Do not go there. Nobody works for the patients. they just work for the Doctors.

Hi I wanted to share how my experience was in this OBGYN. The receptionist name Jody made several mistakes and it was very frustrating and it made us to leave this clinic. She was unfriendly and very unprofessional. I made appoint for the NIPT test that determines baby's down syndrome and gender. when we arrived to the clinic they didn't perform the blood test because they didn't contacted to my insurance prior to my visit. we were frustrated and asked manger and she said " Sorry our clinic doesn't usually perform the NIPT and we need to reschedule your appoint." Jody said "Sorry." without looking at my face. she didn't seem like she was really sorry. Second issue happened when I went for a 20 weeks ultrasound. So I made 20 weeks Ultrasound called Anatomy scan. I heard this ultrasound is very long and important so I was very excited. when we arrived to the clinic the receptionist didn't aware of what she is doing and she said I called and cancelled ultrasound due to insurance didn't cover the ultrasound. However she was lying I never cancelled it. This time Jody never said Sorry and she was yelling and showing rude attitude. my overall experience was terrible and I would never recommend this Doctor and this clinic to anybody. The receptionist was very unprofessional and even high school graduates could do better. Doctor seem friendly but he covers his employee and never accepting their mistakes and he just want the patient to leave the clinic without improving their service. I strongly don't recommend this obgyn. If you are serious about your pregnancy please don't go there.

He’s amazing and super nice. he’ll joke around with you so you’re not uncomfortable. he’s the best and is always super understanding.
