This is ridiculous. I had surgery almost two weeks ago, I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for my appointment and a work release form. It is 4:34, the receptionist took my insurance and other info. Then went to transfer me to the scheduling lady and the phone hung up! Now it won’t let me call back, the automated message system says the office closed. You close at 5!?????

Dr. Cockerham misplaced ten titanium surgical tacks during my hernia repair in 2011. I ended up having emergency surgery at The Mayo Clinic to remove them from my bladder, pelvic bone, and ilioinguinal and iliohypogastric nerves. Eleven years later, I still have horrible chronic nerve pain from the permanent damage he caused. He lied about using such a large number of surgical tacks on my operative report and tried to blame the post surgical pain I was experiencing on Crohn’s Disease that had been in remission for twenty years. He never apologized for his mistake. He’s a terrible surgeon.

Dr. Cockerham repaired my large paraesophageal hernia. He did everything right so that now after surgery I can breathe well again, enjoy life without pain and nausea attacks, eat normally and look forward to more years of enjoying life. He is kind, considerate, has great knowledge and really cares. Thank you Dr. Todd and God bless you.

Dr. Cockerham repaired my large paraesophageal hernia. My daughter was referred to Dr. Cockerham from her gastroenterologist to get him to do an exploratory surgery because she has been very sick for months with no answers through multiple tests. He was rude and arrogant. He knew nothing about her case (even though her gastro dr had spoken to him) and asked if she had been to Mayo Clinic because he didn’t think he could do anything for her. Don’t waste your time.
