Dr Ingram and his staff were nothing but professional. I received the best care I could possibly get from his staff and from Dr Ingram. I recommend him to anyone.
Im all about getting it fixed and move onDr Ingram and I were on the same page. Was very pleased with outcome and will be seeing him and his staff again
My mom recently fell and broke her hip . She was sent to Erlanger and Dr Ingram was the assigned surgeon. He came in explained the situation showed us the break explained the procedure and gave us a prognosis. I would definitely recommend Dr Ingram for any orthopedic procedure.
Bedside manner of a cadaver

Dr.Ingram was chosen for me by workmans comp.I wouldnt have chosen him on my own. I went to him with a diagnosis of a Type 1 or 2 Slap Leison. When I went to see him he comfirmed the lesion and also found a bone spur on my right shoulder upon xrays that were taken. He and I discussed the bone spur and I was told that It would be taken off at time of surgery. The day of my surgerywhich I had done at Earlanger East he came in and talked to me before the surgery. I was under the impression that he was going to do my surgery since that is what he said all along. About maybe 5 minutes before my surgery I found out that he wasnt doing my surgery and that some doctor that I had never met or talked to was going to. Dr Ingram didnt even tell me this. I found this out from a nurse that was taking care of me. Also this other doctor was in the room and I thought he was a nurese since he didnt even introduce his self to me at all. He come over after doctor Ingram had just said that he would be taking pictures of my shoulder during surgery still leading me to believe that he was doing my surgery and started asking me all kinds of questions like a nurse would still not telling me that he was the doctor that was doing my surgery. As I was walking to the operating room I asked the nurse who was the other male nurse in the room thats when she told me his name and that he was doing my surgery. I asked to speak to Dr Ingram and they never went and got him. The surgery was done and I went home. The doctor called my husband an hour later and told him what happened and that he DIDNT remove the bone spur from my shoulder. I am not happy with what happened and am lookinn into it.
Dr Ingrams ability to diagnose ankle trama and need for surgery is excellent. His surgical skills are excellent. His ability to explain to patient and immediate family members pertinent surgery information post op and his bedside manner post op is poor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
