Great DR with an improved office staff

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for several years. He and his staff are some of the best I have dealt with. I’m 72 years old so I have dealt with a lot of doctors. From the sleep study through maintenance of my treatment of Apnea, I have enjoyed working with them. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have seen Dr. Smith for several years now, and he is always thoughtful and kind, explains things in terms I can understand, offers flexible treatment options, and is overall one of the best providers I've ever had. I have recommended him many times over the years and will continue to do so.

LOVE Dr. Smith as a doctor but he need to work on his scheduling skills (or lack thereof). NEVER have I been to see him that I haven’t had to wait for an hour or more. He obviously doesn’t think other people’s time is as important as his and it’s not like he’s constantly called to the hospital on emergencies. If not for this inconsiderate trait I would have given him a 5-star rating.

Dr Smith was recommended by a couple of people I know and they were right, he is a really nice man who seems to listen and care about his patients. I recommend him to whoever is in need of a pulm.

This review is on the office it's self. Not Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith is a good Dr. however he does have idiots in office that cannot manage a business. I was scheduled for a sleep study, I get a call the day before from Jelica the office manager. Saying they needed to cancel my sleep study because they didn't get the authorization from my insurance. I had my wife call the insurance who in turn tells us that they never received the authorization from the office. The office admitted they had failed
