This establishment has went downhill in the last few years. I've been going to see Dr. Hood and his nurse practitioner for a long time and it gets worse with every visit. They are unorganized and tell you one thing and then another. The billing department is horrible and rude and charges you for something you don't owe. The level of care here is no longer acceptable and I am transferring my records to another doctor.

Dr. Hood is a miracle worker!! After 15years of horrible results at the VA I finally have quality heart care. He treats me like a person.... Not a piece of paper with a name on it.

No doubt Dr Hood is a brilliant Doctor and extremely knowledgeable. HOWEVER, his staff is extremely rude and non responsive. My insurance company needed additional information to fill a prescription. I called and my insurance called for 2 months and could not get anyone to respond. Additionally, because of a mix up with my appointment, the RECEPTIONIST gave me my test results. Totally unacceptable. I am sad to say that I would not recommend this Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Hood since 2003 until date he is a wonderful Doctor and he explains everything so that I understand what is going in with my heart! I follow directions and together we keep my heart working, people tell me there are other drs but none are better than DR Hood! So if you are in need of a heart doctor he is the best in the business
