I called one afternoon to make an appointment they called back the next morning and two days later I saw a doctor short wait in the waiting room. The Doctors and staff are very nice and professional. . Will have my first treatment in a few days.

I have been so impressed at visiting seeing the Physicians Southeastern Spine. Dr Wiles. His PA Dr Benard His PA. Their prompt concerns as I look forward to working with Dr Wiles in the near future. The entire staff are extrodinary. Thank you Eleanor for assisting me. All so kind helpful.

Dr. David Wiles has been very personable yet professional with my spinal issues. He was very detailed in explaining what he would do and my possible outcome. His focus was providing me with the best care possible which is why I chose him to begin with. He has an understanding of your situation that is unique which puts him above all the other spine drs I have dealt with. Making the commute 4 hrs away from home was definitely worth the superior treatment I received at Parkridge Medical Center under the care of Dr David Wiles of Southeastern Spine.

Dr. Bernard is awesome. I had an Iovera injection in preparation for an upcoming surgery. He explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. For the first time in about 6 years I was able to walk without pain. I highly recommend Dr. Bernard

Saw one of the PAs rather than the doctor. Since Ive had back surgery before I would have preferred to see the doctor.Also ask about filling out paperwork online before your appointment. I did not ask and they did not volunteer that they had this option. Would have been much easierquicker to do that.Otherwise all was good. PA was thorough informative and took time to answer my questions. I got my appointment within 2 weeks of calling. I was expecting a much longer wait time.
