Dr Armstrong went above for his patient Asher whom just had his adenoids and tonsils out!! Dr. made a call for Asher that he could not ride 8 hrs away so soon after this procedure. Thank you Dr Armstrong all worked out Asher, momma and his GiGi took him to be in the wedding the week after and all ended well!! Dr Armstrong is the best..he took very good care of me and addressed a problem no other surgeon in my home town would touch..he has a great sense of humor and explains everything to you..I'm so blessed to have him to take care of me..he listens to your concerns and talks to you about them..his staff is very friendly and helpful they don't make you wait highly recommend Dr Armstrong for anyone with throat issues..

I have been to Dr. Armstrong multiple times for different problems, he is by FAR the nicest and caring doctor. He’s gone out of his way MULTIPLE times to help me, work me in his schedule, explains and shows you everything to answer your questions. He definitely puts patients first and he’s very knowledgeable, not to mention, VERY on time. One of the best, highly recommended.

I saw Dr Armstrong today for the first time as a new patient for an issue I was having with my right ear. He is and extremely kind person, and listened to my problem with my ear issues and took the time out needed to help me. He was very thorough and explained the procedure that he was going to do to fix the problem. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Armstrong and his staff! I will definitely return to see him again if I ever need to. Thank you, Dr Armstrong!

The lady at the front desk is very nice. That’s the only nice thing I have to say about this dentist office. I’ll begin with Rachel. Unfortunately she is friends with a family member. She felt the need to discuss me with that someone. CAN U SAY HIPPA. Before that she had pre approved my procedures with my insurance. I spoke with the dentist who needed a special x ray which I had brought a cd copy of. He wanted another no cost he said, going forward Emily has become rude and giving us wrong information. I needed my records for an endodontist My friend stopped by to get them. RACHEL gave them to him without asking who he was no id nothing. I have not signed anything for anyone to have them so anyone can get your records. Apparently at this point she no longer wants me to be a patient she told my friend I am not in network I had an appointment Dec 6 2021 for a filling. RACHEL decides I’m not a patient and said and I quote We don’t do restoration work. I said well what about my surgeries?? Oh well we re taking like newer patients right now!!!! She never could answer the question. The receptionist looked me up made my appointment and she was calling to remind me and decided I can’t go there a anymore. Oh and RACHEL billed me for the expensive X-ray and I called her on it and she said so insurance paid not YOU!! She’s over the insurance does she not realize that takes away MY MONEY. The office staff can make or break a business. This woman has no idea how to do her job. She gave out my records , lied 3 times and they didn’t even make sense. She needs another year or so in college. HIPPA HIPPA HIPPA

For nearly a year, I’ve had pain in my thyroid/neck that has caused me to see two ENT specialists, one of those was Dr. Armstrong. In my mind, he was my last hope. The first time I visited him, I was in tears explaining the pain I was in and he did not even take the time to hear my issue before already walking out the door to another patient. While I was in the waiting room, thinking he would come, his assistant came in and said to come back and see him if the pain persists. I was insulted to think he did not even care. I came back a second time and all he did was throw me on some useless muscle relaxers to try and get me out of the doctors office. I’m extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and honestly, very furious at the treatment I received at this facility. I hope you don’t treat your other patients like this.

I found Dr. Armstrong to be very personable, knowledgeable and informative. He thoroughly explained the procedure process and actually encouraged me to follow the procedure on the ultrasound, which I found refreshing and fascinating. Recently, I've had some bad luck with a couple of doctors dismissing my discomfort and actually said women complained more than men do, however, Dr. Armstrong has restored my faith in good, sound patient care, backed by kindness and talent. As far as his staff goes, they were extremely pleasant and answered all my questions.

Take it from this retired social worker and case manager this Dr has an excellent “bed side” manner. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field and just down right friendly. From a Veteran Thank you for your service and helping us veterans.
