i depend on dr castrilli for all my medical needs. he is also very kind.

Had a great bedside manner and was a good listener . He was very professional and compassionate. He put me at ease and came up with a great game plan to help me achieve my health goals. I think he is a great physician and am so glad that I found him

Dr. Castrilli is really nice and seems very knowledgeable. My experience in dealing with him as a doctor is very pleasant and positive. Dealing with his office though in trying to schedule appointments trying to get prescriptions updated etc.. is horrible. Just so bad. Dr. Castrilli has told me to try and come to his office when I get sick but when I got the flu his office staff treated me like the biggest inconvenience ever for coming in on shirt notice to be treated for flu and tried to dissuade me from seeing him which kind of defeats the purpose of having a doctor. Why have a doctor if youre going to be chastised for coming to see them when youre sick but not warranted for the emergency room? Great doctor but needs to get the office staff in line and have them treat patients better.

My experience with Dr Castrilli has been very good. He is a very good diagnostician and treating physician. It’s nice to have a physician who knows me and follows along with my care instead of going to urgent care clinics where you are not known and neither is your medical history. I feel fortunate to be established with Dr Castrilli. I will recommend him to friends and family.

He is easy to talk to......

Dr. Castrillis staff is the worst, I called having an asthma attack said I couldn't breath was sent to voicemail, next day I called back and his nurse or MA said oh we were busy and i just didn't have time! I was going to change drs but thought I'll try again I was called last week after an appointment on 9/13/18 and was told I had abnormal labs to come and repeat went in on the 18th I have not heard anything and have called 3 times about this, this time I am changing drs!

Finally found a doctor that deeply cares about your needs and concerns, his nurse was wonderful and the staff were so welcoming. I'm new to this area and was so relieved to find this doctor after being disappointed in the other 2 doctors I had seen.

My name is Jack Tankersley my wife Brenda and I are both patience of Dr. Castrilli for now. My wife has to have hip replacement surgery. Dr. Freeman who is to do the surgery ask us to get a clearance from Dr. Castrilli. That has been a nightmare getting that clearance. We took the paperwork to Dr. Castrilli 3 weeks ago and we thought it would be sent over to Dr. Freeman. After awaiting two weeks we called and were told she needed blood work. No one called us or even suggested she needed to do anything. She went and had blood work and was assured that Dr. Castrilli would sign it and pass it alone. She ask the nurse is there anything else she needed to do she was told NO. My wife called a week later to see if it had been sent only to be told she need to come in and see Dr. Castrilli. Why she wasnt told she needed to come in when she went for blood work is a mystery to me. It seems the entire office is in disarray. Communication skills are lacking and common courtesy is none existent. Today we called was put on hold and was told he can see her this coming Thursday that will make it 4 weeks since she first ask for the clearance. Meanwhile she is great pain unable to walk and every day that passes we become more frustrated with Dr. Cristilli and his office staff. Why it is so difficult to sign a piece of paper or at least communicate why it is taking to long to do so.

I came in for a routine physical 100% covered by my insurance 3/27/17. A portion of the physical was coded diagnostic instead of preventive so I was sent a bill. I called multiple times to have them fix it. Each time I was told they would handle it to later find nothing had been done. After being threatened for collections, Memorial Group told me no notes of any action had been taken. I was granted an extension to 9/7/17 and told it would be handled. On 8/14/17, I was placed in collections.
