I used to see Dr. Helton and was often disappointed that he didn't ask me questions to find out more about my health. Whenever I asked questions, his replies were flippant and not very helpful. I'm an asthma patient and after two years, he still didn't remember that about me. He always seemed to want to write a script and be on his way. Only after a visit for a physical, and he spent a whopping 2 minutes with me, did I decide to look for another PCP.

As soon as he show up, he is already ready to out. I took the record from ER and he is not even look at it then he gave me anti biotic without checking lung sound or check ear/throat. Found out by other doctor that I do not need it.

I've gone to dr Helton for almost 20 years now and he is the absolute best doctor. So knowledgeable and thorough but also works fast. He is such a popular doctor, however, that sometimes it can be difficult to make an appointment with him

Dr Helton does an excellent job of diagnosis. He spends enough time without wasting a lot of time gabbing. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and have recommended him on several occasions.

They had just gotten a new computer system which would explain the wait time previously. Other than that.. I have been going to this doctor for over 10 years and LOVE HIM! Very trust worthy. Very generous nurse practitioner (when I see her) and caring nurses. Very reliable and dependable. I recommend!

I have always been seen in a timely manner when I have appointment and even when I had to be worked in with sicke child. Dr. Helton has always been ready to answer any questions I have.
