The lady at the front desk is very nice. That’s the only nice thing I have to say about this dentist office. I’ll begin with Rachel. Unfortunately she is friends with a family member. She felt the need to discuss me with that someone. CAN U SAY HIPPA. Before that she had pre approved my procedures with my insurance. I spoke with the dentist who needed a special x ray which I had brought a cd copy of. He wanted another no cost he said, going forward Emily has become rude and giving us wrong information. I needed my records for an endodontist My friend stopped by to get them. RACHEL gave them to him without asking who he was no id nothing. I have not signed anything for anyone to have them so anyone can get your records. Apparently at this point she no longer wants me to be a patient she told my friend I am not in network I had an appointment Dec 6 2021 for a filling. RACHEL decides I’m not a patient and said and I quote We don’t do restoration work. I said well what about my surgeries?? Oh well we re taking like newer patients right now!!!! She never could answer the question. The receptionist looked me up made my appointment and she was calling to remind me and decided I can’t go there aanymore. Oh and RACHEL billed me for the expensive X-ray and I called her on it and she said so insurance paid not YOU!! She’s over the insurance does she not realize that takes away MY MONEY. The office staff can make or break a business. This woman has no idea how to do her job. She gave out my records , lied 3 times and they didn’t even make sense. She needs another year or so in college. HIPPA HIPPA HIPPA

I found Dr. Armstrong to be very personable, knowledgeable and informative. He thoroughly explained the procedure process and actually encouraged me to follow the procedure on the ultrasound, which I found refreshing and fascinating. Recently, I've had some bad luck with a couple of doctors dismissing my discomfort and actually said women complained more than men do, however, Dr. Armstrong has restored my faith in good, sound patient care, backed by kindness and talent. As far as his staff goes, they were extremely pleasant and answered all my questions.

For nearly a year, I’ve had pain in my thyroid/neck that has caused me to see two ENT specialists, one of those was Dr. Armstrong. In my mind, he was my last hope. The first time I visited him, I was in tears explaining the pain I was in and he did not even take the time to hear my issue before already walking out the door to another patient. While I was in the waiting room, thinking he would come, his assistant came in and said to come back and see him if the pain persists. I was insulted to think he did not even care. I came back a second time and all he did was throw me on some useless muscle relaxers to try and get me out of the doctors office. I’m extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and honestly, very furious at the treatment I received at this facility. I hope you don’t treat your other patients like this.

Take it from this retired social worker and case manager this Dr has an excellent “bed side” manner. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field and just down right friendly. From a Veteran Thank you for your service and helping us veterans.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Armstrong’s for many years and his care and concern for my wellbeing has always been excellent I trust him and have referred him to my family and friends over the years

Dr. Armstrong is a caring and compassionate doctor. It is always a pleasure to be seen by him as he has an amazing bedside manner that is helpful when you are dealing with a difficult illness.

I arrived on time and completed the patient intake using a portable electronic pad. My wait time was less than 15 minutes for initial audiological testing and the same when waiting to see Dr Armstrong. Staff were very friendly and the audiologist was a real pleasure to work with. I found Dr Armstrong to have an excellent balance of high technical competence as one would expect but also with excellent patient communication skills. He was patient with my questions and thorough with his explanations. I enjoyed the visit and am happy to have found a new ENT doctor and office in Chattanooga

Dr. Armstrong is amazing! He is intelligent, has a great personality and bedside manner and is a highly skilled surgeon. He’s super nice and has no problems taking a few extra minutes to answer questions. He performed my son’s surgery as well as mine and both were successful without any complications or difficulties. If you read this, Dr. Armstrong, I’m eternally grateful. Thank you!!! I hope you’re still seeing patients if we ever need an ENT specialist again.I didn’t have any problems with the office staff either. Everyone was super helpful.
