I recommend you find another surgeon. Two surgeries in one month and never did get to talk with him. Took hardware out of my back without asking me first. Has left a friend in a wheelchair after his surgery.

I would recommend Dr. Wiles. I had back fusion surgery by another doctor that didn't go so well and Dr. Wiles had to basically do it all over again with better results this time.

Dr. Wiles provided excellent care pre-surgery by explaining everything about my condition after a thorough exam and explanation of my MRI. I needed 4-level cervical spine surgery after an accident 6 years ago that left me with near-constant pain and numbness on my right side. He corrected all with surgery and after 12 weeks, I have no pain and 90+% Range of Motion. He has guided me well in recovery and I expect to enjoy a normal rest of my days. I am 64 and feel renewed. Dr. Wiles is a great person and a terrific surgeon!

Dr Wiles explained everything to me so I knew what to expect prior to my 5 level fusion surgery. He came to check on me daily during my hospital stay. Once I was home we scheduled follow up appointments to ensure all was healing well. I am so much better now than I was before surgery. I am able to do things I haven't been able to do for the last 10 years due to constant pain. I would recommend anyone suffering with back pain schedule an appointment with Dr Wiles and his team, they are wonderful.

Amazing surgeon, took care of me when I had 2 herniated disc. Surgery went off without a hitch. Post care was great. In my personal experience I would highly recommend Dr Wiles and Dr Jolley!

I was admitted from an out of town hospital to Dr. Wiles care with a "lesion/bleed" in my head. This was Friday night. I had a battery of tests on Saturday and Sunday and had a craniotomy on Tuesday to remove the lesion. I have no deficits and am awaiting a final diagnosis from pathology. Dr. Wiles did an excellent job and I was well cared for. I would recommend him to other patients. Thank you for your care.

My husband had been struggling with back issues for about 6 months. We went to the office and met with Dr. Wiles PA. He was wonderful. Dr. Wiles then performed surgery and my husband is a back to normal. The only fault is we never saw Dr. Wiles except in the operating room.

I met with Dr. Wiles on a second opinion matter. I found him to be knowledgable, compassionate, empathetic, and with a wonderful bedside manner. He was very open with options. All options were explained very well. While I have a phobia about spine surgery; I am seriously considering calling up his office this week and requesting it be scheduled. I feel I have hope now with Dr. Wiles.

I had surgery with Dr. Wiles, as far as I know he seemed competent but his office was horrible. Months to respond with scheduled tests...yes, months! What a surprise to find out eventually that Dr. Wiles was gone, I asked for a referral to a new doctor, I did this twice and again after a couple months there was no response. They actually called me to finally schedule a mylagram (3 months after it was suppose to be performed). I asked who would see the results as Dr. Wiles was gone, the answer..."well, not sure". I asked if I could see another doctor, the answer was no...I was in the middle of treatment! Awful support staff. I found out from a receptionist by accident that the doctor had moved about 3-4 months after he was already gone. Awful.
