Was his patient for over 25 years & was notified by hospital that he was no longer practicing. I was having swallowing issues that I needed him for & was left high & dry to find another. He had performed many, many balloon dilations on me over these years. After finding another doctor, I found out there was a corrective surgery available which has been performed successfully on me! Hooray for my new doctor & shame on Dr. Mackler!

I was treated with professionalism and still felt like a real person, not a number. The doctor and his excellent staff go out of their way to treat everyone like they are the only patient they have! The doctor took time to listen to me and evaluate my symptoms. He was extremely knowledgable, yet knew how to explain things on a level I could understand. I enjoyed my visit at Dr. Mackler's office and would recommend him and his staff to any of my friends and family members.
