I feel that Doctor Lord is a caring doctor, he pays attention to what's wrong with the patients. After seeing multiple doctors for years about my heart it was Doctor Lord who help me find out that I needed to have a triple bypass. When they found the triple bypass they said it was in a place that would have been fatal if I had had a heart attack. I really believe in Doctor Lord.

I can not give this place even a star, but had to so my vote would count. I would not let these people advise chimpanzees let alone humans about their health. The bedside manner is great by the doctors, but the support staff is lacking in more ways than one, and until they do a complete overhaul of these irresponsible and incompetent people I am taking me and my four children somewhere else. Sorry Dr. Lord, but they are just the worst money could buy . If you are going to use a support staff like this just on your way to work back a van up under any bridge and load it with the transients. You will save on the overhead that way.

I was his patient for years and years he is a wonderful Dr. I left due to moving or probably would have stay with him til I died! great Staff and I was totally pleased with him as my Primary Care Dr.

I have seen Dr. Lord for at least 10 years. He has early morning appts which allowed me to stop by on my way to work (usually at 07:00 hrs) and still get to work by 08 or 08:15 hrs. Great, great, great bedside manner, explains things well and then asks questions to make sure I actually understood explanation.

I have been a patient for many years. Dr.Lord has always been very courteous, respectful, concerned and listens to your "self diagnosis" and refers you to a specialist as needed. A great doctor!

I like Dr. Lord because he listens to what I think is wrong. It is rare to find that in a physician. He and his staff are very kind. Today, I was an hour late for an appointment due to the interstate being closed. He, and his staff managed to see me anyway. I appreciated that.

Do not use this dr. I don't hoe Heath grades show his scores so high but he is not a good dr. He may have been,but now he must need to retire b/c he was just mean to me and I will never see him again.
