This was the best medical experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t have to wait weeks to set up an appointment. They scheduled me to come in right away. There was no wait time. The women up front were kind and courteous. The nurse was very nice and professional. After going to the back I didn’t have to wait for Dr. Keyes to come in. He asked questions. Took his time with me. I wasn’t rushed. He seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and he wasn’t pushy. He also didn’t talk down to me. He also made me feel comfortable as a gay man. 1010 best doctor ever

Best place to go hands down. Dr. Miller is my PCP and the best man for the job. He was my mothers PCP and she just Loved this man. Everyone that works here are very professional.

Great primary care through Erlanger.

I went to Rebecca Carter for primary care for almost two years because she has a wonderful personality and is easy to talk to. However she failed to properly manage my blood pressure and when I had an allergic reaction to the drug she prescribed I called her office to ask if I could take a drug I had taken previously and her nurse called and said Rebecca said it wouldn’t be effective to do so but failed to provide another option so the nurse and I had a long what do we do now pause in our conversation because we both knew that my blood pressure needed to be less than 160110. I ended up in the ER a few days later where it was suggested that it might be time to find a new provider. I also visited this location for Urgent Care when I had COVID19. I called on the last day of my quarantine and explained that I was having difficulty breathing and indicated that my blood pressure was 160120 according to my home monitor. I specifically indicated that I needed someone to check my blood pressure and listen to my lungs and asked if they could do so or if I needed to go to the emergency room. They indicated that I could be seen by the provider on call and scheduled an appointment for the same day. When I got to the clinic they instructed me to sit in a chair in a room and wait for the provider. Terry Rogers came into the room spoke with me about my symptoms. He prescribed a low dose blood pressure medicine that had no effect and told me to continue taking over the counter medication for my cough. No one took my temperature blood pressure oxygen level or listened to my lungs. It was like they just wanted to be able to bill for services for COVID19. Thank you for your copay we’re not going to help you now go home. I went to another provider and received a breathing treatment antibiotics steroids a cough medicine and an inhaler for the COVID and proper treatment for my uncontrolled blood pressure. I had full blown bronchitis that was progressing to pneumonia. Needless to say I will never visit this location again.

Dr. Miller is an awesome doctor and the nurses are great as well. The front office staff needs revamped. I was scheduled for an appointment at 415pm and arrived before 400pm. It took 2 minutes to be acknowledged while I stood at the desk to be checked in. It is 10 till 5 and I have yet to be told “sorry about your wait” or “someone will be with you shortly”. The customer service of the front staff is abysmal. They would rather chit chat and gossip then to help.

I had an appointment with Hannah Bujak and she is wonderful Very kind and thorough. She didnt rush through the visit and seems to care about her patients. I have been to this location several times and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly.
