Erlanger Baroness Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Dont go to this hospital if you have COVID they will kill you with their evil protocols.

Well my experience so far at this hospital is not very good My family was notified that my dad was rushed here because he had a stroke by an emergency room nurse. She said he wasn’t doing well that we needed to get there ASAP. I drove 3 hours to get there my brothers both drove 10 hours. The entrance sign on main hospital doors say no entrance after 8 go to children’s entrance. Once I went there they told me to go to adult emergency entrance. Once I got there the desk girl called the nurse where my dad was and they kept asking who called you and why did they tell you to come and made me wait in the waiting area for over half hour to where I had to go back up and ask if the girl had heard back from the nurse. She said “I didn’t” and that I had to leave the hospital and to give her my phone number so she could call me. I was told my dad was on life support that I needed to get here ASAP because it didn’t look good after a three hour drive they tell me nothing and ask me to leave without any information. I can’t help but feel like something wasn’t right about all this. I’m writing this in the parking garage waiting for a call from this joke of a hospital. To be fair my initial interaction wasn’t the best however the nurse Sharon in the ICU neurological wing was amazing I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The doctors were very informative and respectful too. Unfortunately we lost our Dad but the nurse and doctors helped us through our loss.

Bad experience at this hospital. Employees like Medical Director Ron and Employee Doctor Horinouchi gives this place a bad reputation as reflected in the hospital reviews. They should be replaced with professional employees that are not so eager to display their high authority..

This hospital is actively killing covid patients Do NOT GO NEAR THIS EVIL PLACE

Garbage. Can’t be with my wife to discuss surgery options. Made me leave. So much for team decisions. 1 star is the lowest it’ll let me choose otherwise it would be zero stars.

The stars was for the staff members who do their best in their own PERSONAL life.As for my PERSONAL life.After getting hit by a 3000 pound 2014 rogue Nissan Car flying 75 through the air and tumbling on pavement roadSevere injuries no treatment .No compensation even when Tisha Michelle holt was the one who came behind my moped and hit me straight from the back speeding .Stitching a indention in the skull never fixes the problem.I have gotten refusals of so many requested treatments to help the indention in the skull become relieved .Pulling and extracting the teeth would allow the hemoglobins to heal properly .Getting unequalized refusals of treatments and no help. Living alone with no help from anyBody . If I would have heard the screams of a body in suffering knowing that it could be fixed I would have made the better decision to allow the living life to sleep permanently in peace.especially after them hearing the screams of what they had done it makes no sense of how they do not handle that responsibility.How could you keep a living life alive without handling the responsibility of what you all had caused ?Knowing what I know i definitely would not have awoken myself.

Clean. Friendly helpful employees

Our daughter was in this hospital recently for a lengthy stay. We fully now understand why this hospital has such a poor rating and it is due to employees like Dr. Horinouchi. On at least two separate occasions he provided medical updates on our daughter which we found to be untrue and attempted to place our daughter in a comfort stage Vs a treating get well stage. We found this doctor to be very unethical and unprofessional. It is with employees like this that gives Erlanger Hospital such a bad reputation..

Always Professional. The staff is obviously knowledgeable but its the compassion and people interacting that makes the difference with Erlanger Hospital.
