I have had 4 infusions done here. The staff has always been kind & fast. I’m not sure why the rating is 2.5 stars. I’ve had just as many, if not more, infusions done at Erlanger downtown, & I much prefer coming to Erlanger East. For me, it’s been much faster than downtown.

Third floor infusion is the best. They’re so nice 👍 iron infusions suck less when you have a great staff

Have been there twice both times waited over an hour for the pharmacist to bring my medication to the nurses to be infused don't like the fact you can't see what medication is being mixed and then being told there is no one to complain too you have to call downtown and try to speak with the head of pharmacy.
