I had recently moved to the area from out of state. I had my Original mammogram in the state I moved from and they had called after I moved saying I needed further testing. I had called and set up and appointment and explained all this to Erlanger breast center. They had me show up to the appointment and never called to get my records even though I had already gave them all the info and release to do so. So went all the way downtown for nothing. They finally got them and went back 2 weeks later only to have them rudely tell me they didn’t see a need for it and only did half of the orders that were given from My physician to do. I have never been so disappointed and honesty shocked in my life at a imaging center. At least do all the test the doctor ordered. It wasn’t nice faculties either. Old and run down. I didn’t have a good experience and do not recommend this place at all.

Everyone was amazing and nice except the lady that signed my mom in for the exam. She had a problem with me being there translating for my mom that had a brain surgery. Do to her brain surgery there is things she can not remember. Like her address or phone number. She asked me to let my mother speak instead and seemed very annoyed with me helping my mother . Didn’t get her name but she was elderly and blonde 😐

Was scheduled for 8:45 on a Sunday morning. After I did paperwork, was told someone is in front of you, it will be another 50 minutes. They should have scheduled me at 9:45 to keep me from wasting my morning watching spongebob. Scheduling need to have a better grip on how long wait times will be.

Today had mammogram at Erlanger Breast Center, Building C.. DeeDee was the mammogram tech and she did great job with the procedure. Professional, gentle and great attitude! Thanks DeeDee! Jana
