Erlanger North Family Medicine's Online Review Report Card

My daughter went to this location and was turned away.  Her ear was bleeding and she had blood coming out of her nose and she was not feeling good.  She had to wait a long time to see an emergency doctor.  The doctor looked at her and did nothing for her.  The doctor on duty that particular evening 2262012 was acting as if he did not want to help her.  There was NO compassion from this doctor.  I do not understand how Erlanger North Hospital could hire such an unprofessional doctor with no care for patients.

My wife went here with bad left flank pain in her back was told not an emergency probably because of being overweight given a pain patch and sent home. Horrible medical care amp no compassion for patients

Dr. Lisa HartPatton has always been great behind this great doctor is an amazing staff. The wait is very reasonable no more then 20mins to be seen by the doctor.

I have had a few back surgeries. And have problems from time to time. So I go to the emergency room because its 1030 at night. So being said they rushed on back to the room and the nurse she was nice. So she leaves says the dr. Will be here shortly and about 2 minuteas later here come Bruce Thompson sounding like a military leader. This is a emergency room. Only for emergencies. Why are you here? He was reported. I reported him to my insurance the ceo of erlanger and to the ama. I hope no one has had a horrible treatment like this. It was like a nightmare nightmare that I couldnt wake up from...shame on this man

Had to take my Mom to Erlanger North today.  It was a very good experience well I guess no ER visit is good.....  Every staff member was professional friendly and answered all our questions.  They continued to keep us informed of what was next and what we were waiting on.  I am happy to know this little gem of a hospital is close by

Best care Ive ever received bar none . And polite staff never a long wait. Id highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent medical care.

If your appointment is at 3 expect to be seen at 430 on a good day. They called me and told me it was very important to come in to discuss results but wouldnt let me know anything over the phone. I completely change my schedule to accommodate theirs just to wait 2 hours. Why are you here today? Because you told me to be herePiss poor communication between nurses doctors and the admins. Youll have better care elsewhere.

The worst. Can never get anyone on the phone. The staff are a mixed bag of apathetic dimwits and hostile incompetents. And since Dr. Cromer left they expected me to use a pimple faced kid with a nursing degree as my primary care physician. The guys not even a physician at all. Leaving this lowgrade veterinary clinic behind probably added 10 years to my life.

We had to bring our daughter there for a very large cut on her leg a few weeks ago. The check in process was extremely quick. We were able to get a room straight away. The nurses were all kind and helpful. The doctor was absolutely amazing. We had Dr. Bruce Thompson. He tried so very hard to make my daughter comfortable and smile. His bedside manner was above and beyond what it needed to be. Our experience with that emergency room was fantastic.

The nurses are very unprofessional and just plain rude. My friend who is in jail had a baby in this hospital on 123116 and her parents have been at the hospital waiting to take the baby home and have still not gotten any information on where the baby is when they will even get to see her. They have a lawyer has the paperwork from the mother giving them rights to the chid and still no word.
