I was referred by a friend to this practice and was I. Need a primary care physician. The staff was overly helpful and friendly. I was seen by mrs. Walden and she was very professional and respectful and paid close attention to my concerns which made me feel like I had been going here forever. She was extremely knowledgeable and concerned. She was confident with diagnosis and so was I. Thank you for such a great and wonderful experience. Oh I almost for got the nurse which gave me my shot was amazing and professional to and I HATE shots Naila was the attending nurse and she was thoughtful and thorough and really listened to the patient. AWESOME TEAM AND THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH
Dr Ossman is amazing. He is one of the top Doctors we have ever had Does his research and knows what’s best for each patient. He takes his time and answers all of our questions. He is the best and the entire staff are wonderful.
I highly recommend this group of physicians. Dr Steven Scorey does a great job dealing with mental health. Dr. Ty Young pays attention to details. Dr. Ossman observes and helps his patients stay wise in health care and encourages home work outs to save on cost. Thank you all each one for taking care of us. Healing our health to a beautiful rebalance. Excellent follow trough from the staff.
When I originally came here I wanted to see Dr. Lydia Speer the lady at the desk who by the way was very rude and incompetent advised to me that she didn’t have any new patient openings but I could see a new doctor for my first appointment so I agreed as I needed to see someone as soon as possible. Today I called to switch my primary care Dr as I didn’t have a great experience with Dr Scorey and was advised they don’t switch patients at this practice. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I do not appreciate being lied to. This place is an absolute joke.
Great doctors and nurses but have had reoccurring problems with the front office.
I fractured my wrist 1114 went to emergency room to get it set. Had surgery on it yesterday the surgeon said that the emergency room dr did an amazing job of setting it. He showed me the Xray he was right Thank you Deb Cole
Found out months later the ER Physicians at Earlinger TENNESSSEE RIVER PHYSICIANS WILL NIOT ACCEPT ALLIANT HEALTH CARE INSURANCEafter being assured by registration clerk insurance accepted...Turns out only hospital itself would. You better check on this in advance. We will use another ER in the future.
Unbelievable that all this money spent by Erlanger Health Systems and additions being made all over Chattanooga and even Cleveland. And you simply can’t even have a small little gift shop at your oh as fancy Erlanger East to make it just a tiny bit more pleasant for your patience who are already having a hard time and their guest to help them to get better. Unbelievably DISAPPOINTED. It’s all about showing off in the media for Erlanger. Not one bit about their patients or this community
Rant alert My dad who is stage IV renal and lung cancer went to the ER at Erlanger East yesterday with severe nausea and stomach pain. For FIVE hours he was left in a hall HIPPA violation???while he was vomiting and miserable. He was then transported to Erlanger Main Campus via ambulance. They then placed him in a loading area with 50+ other patients and left him there on a stretcher overnight. Keep in mind he has a compromised immune system. After my sister and I filed a formal complaint and made phone calls they then placed him in an “overflow” room in the children’s area. We were told that this is “common” and patients can typically wait up to 48 hours for a room..... ummm NOT ACCEPTABLE. Something has to change about this process.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
