Emily is a fantastic NP I highly recommend.

I've been seeing Emily Monette for about two years and I find her to be a very caring person. She is very through and she gives you a good explanation of what she's doing and why. I feel very confident about the care I receive from her.

Dr. West and her team are wonderful to work with. I came in for anxiety, depression and just a general wellness exam because I was worried something major was wrong. They asked all the right questions and sincerely listened to my situation. They talked me through multiple options and listened to my concerns about certain medications before finding one that would be beneficial for me. They also did blood work to see where I stood and to ease my fear. Her team was very helpful and friendly, I'm happy to have found a doctor who listens and encourages me to reach out and find ways to lessen my anxiety other than major medication. I have been with Erlanger Northshore for many years through their changes in staff and growth. I have been seeing Dr. West now for about 9 months as I visit every 3 months due to meds. She has been gracious with my medical history and at addressing my needs and changes. I especially appreciate the mychart feature. I appreciate their timeliness and support during my visits. After previous doctors it is refreshing to have someone listen and be open to the process of finding the root of issues.

While my concerns have already been expressed to the office manager for this establishment, and I do believe in second chances, so I will update this review after my next appointment. I did want to make the public aware to not have their expectations set too high as they are, apparently, a work in progress. I went to establish care with Dr. West, as I was in need of a new primary care physician. And I do not know if it was because everyone in this office is overworked (they all appeared stressed and pressed for time), or because there is a lack of bedside manner on the physician's part (there is no bio on her years in practice), but I left my appointment feeling like a number and in more distress than I came in with about my concerns. All of the other Erlanger offices I've been to I've never felt this way, so I am not sure why this occurred here, but I never think anyone should be made to feel like their concerns weren't answered, that's customer service 101. You would think also if you are starting someone on 3 new medications, you'd want them in sooner than a month to make sure they are doing okay, or perhaps a phone call to check in, we'll see. The medical assistant and the lab technician were excellent though, made small talk and made sure I was comfortable. I asked the secretary on my way out how long appointments are here and she said 15 minutes usually unless there is a lot to address, and in that case you get 30 minutes. I didn't realize this office had a timer set for how long it takes to develop patient centered care plan, and that I would have to go back to the end of the line for more compassion. Duly noted!

The NP Emily is running this show. I can't describe how I really feel about this place on this platform. Ambrosetti selfishly left his patients to fend for themselves. Emily and staff are not only incompetent, but they insult you in the process. I'm a nurse, I work for Erlanger, and I have never been treated the way I was treated today over the phone. Marla, Wanda, etc.....you are awful.

Everyone here is fantastic! The clinic is very efficient and I never have to worry about spending large amounts of time waiting. Most recently, I requested an appointment on a Sunday afternoon and I got a call first thing Monday morning to get me in on Tuesday. Dr. Ambrosetti has been great at previous appointments. I most recently met with Emily Monette (NP) and she was amazing as well and took all of my concerns very seriously. The nurses are super sweet and personable. The phlebotomist is fantastic and so helpful when it comes to my needle phobia. 100% recommend this location.

The entire staff was polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. This staff seems to have been here for a shorter period of time and deserves 5 stars. They explained every detail when caring for my daughter. There was no question left unasked or unanswered. Overall a great experience and I would definitely suggest this service to others.

Every single employee at this primary Care office was unbelievably helpful everyone was thorough efficient and incredibly sweet and friendly! I work in healthcare so receiving optimal healthcare is of my utmost importance! The wonderful doctor addressed all of my needs promptly and thoroughly with friendliness and care the nurse was amazing friendly careful and quick as well as well as the girl at the front desk I cannot say enough wonderful things about my visit I am so glad I've chosen them for my primary care physician!! Please give them a chance and visit only people that are upset have the nerve to write about when they are upset but I promise you going there was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office that says a lot working in healthcare!

I had my first visit today with Dr Ambrosetti I couldn’t be more pleased with how it went. I was able to make an appointment at ease and as soon as I arrived they took me right back. The location is so convenient and the entire staff from the receptionist, phlebotomists, nurse Scarlett and doctor were all so awesome. Glad to have finally found a primary care doctor!
