Ive been here several times and every time I have a great experience with the doctors and nurse teams.
I sat in the waiting room for an hour and no one came I even voiced my concern about the wait time and still everyone was being seen before me.
Dr Smith said call if I started having other symptoms. Lol why bother wasting my time? It doesn’t take a nurse over 6 hours to return call. Yes I realize they have other patients but when a patient calls crying her eyes out due to being in severe pain since Thursday night and tells secretaries situation how hard is it for them to pull a nurse or med assistant to take call or return call. Also while in office with sprain 6 days early I mentioned being in pain but wasn’t offered any pain meds. I went because of pain yet only thing that’s done was brace PT ordered. Very disappointed with service
Went in for knee injury was sent for an MRI 16 days later...because that was the first available they could get I understand this is not the fault of the office but they could have tried to contact the other out patient MRI facilities. 5 days after the MRI I have left numerous messages for a call back with nothing They wrote me off of work now wont give me any information. One employee stated that they had called and spoke with me......uh..No you have not. Now I am taking my businesses to Dr. Reddish at Parkridge. I am VERY disappointed in the EXTREME lack of professionalism that has been displayed here. Oh and they didnt call insend in my prescription until the day after my visit. Will not ever go here again.
I took my daughter here as a walkin when she tore her MCL. We saw Andrew Roden and were in and out quickly. We returned for follow ups with Dr. Bill Moore Smith and each time we were leaving the office within 30 minutes. All the staff were extremely friendly and I cant say enough good things about our experience here. We will definitely return should any other injuries arise.
Nothing but good things to say about all the MD’s and staff. They are able to work with my busy schedule and always accommodate me with an appointment when I need it. Andrew Roden and Erica have been great and I will be referring family and friends. Thanks team
Used walkin service for a head injury. In the door at 8am getting xrays at 830am out at 9am. All employees very nice and helpful. Strongly recommend.
i sincenerely wish i could leave less than 1 star. do not go here unless you are ready to pay as much money for as little help as possible.I went in with a knee injury ive had for almost a decade. Ive seen plenty of doctors for this and know the drill. but Dr. Bill Moore Smith gave me the run around for almost 2 months and then charged me twice of what he should have. he charged me for the referral and result reading of my MRI which i understand though it was RIDICULOUSLY expensive $300 per visit after insurance just for him to read something but he also charged me for the MRI that I got elsewhere I paid the Imaging Association for it and then Erlanger Sports and Health charged me ANOTHER $300 for a day i never even came in. he also kept saying i was just too young for knee surgery or physical therapy even though I did both 8 years ago. so instead of actually helping me he charged me almost $1500 to was 8 weeks to get a steroid shot that is wearing off now.long story short just a regular appointment here is insanely expensive. but they will gouge you for every possible extra charge they can. and at the end of the day THEY WONT EVEN FIX WHAT YOU CAME IN FOR.absolutely a waste of my time money and pain. 100 stars. should be shut down.
Typical Erlanger. I see another doctor in this same office for neck and back problems and went to reception to get a chest Xray.Out of a whole office of doctors and RNs they said they could get to me next week. I would be dead by then. What a joke She had the audacity to suggest I go pay thousands to go to the ER for a chest Xray. They have lost their mind. You would think they would remember that they are working for ME the client and patient. This seems to be a common problem with Erlanger just seems to not care about anybody at all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
