I was thoroughly pleased with Dr. Reynolds. He had to treat 5 places for skin cancer and was very thorough and patient. He and his staff were wonderful. I went to Dr. Reynolds because I was not satisfied with my previous Dr. in Cleveland.

Dr. Reynolds recently diagnosed me with a skin cancer on my left ear lobe, and performed the Mohs procedure to remove the affected area. As has always been my experience with Dr. Reynolds, he took much time in explaining the situation, and I was very comfortable with his doing the surgery. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Reynolds and his staff, as well as Dr. Joseph Lantz, the plastic surgeon with who Dr. Reynolds partnered to restore the shape of my ear.

Does excellent work, very experienced, and very gracious in his consultation when treating patients. Took all the time I wanted to discuss and answers questions I had thoroughly without rushing through the appointment. Showed great skill and experience in the surgery he performed on me. Would highly recommend him. Very short waiting time on the appointments I have had with him. A great guy and a great doctor.

The physician was rude when he came into the room and asked me if he was supposed to be seeing me?? He wasn't interested in hearing the whole picture instead kept interrupting me and cutting me off. I was beyond unimpressed with his professionalism and how I was treated. I would never recommend this physician and would never go back. It was obvious he felt he was above me and wasn't interested in helping me just getting out of the room. So sad to me and I waited 3 months for that!

My doctor referred me to this office, and instead of being considerate by calling me to check my schedule, they simply set up the appt. and mailed it to me. I called to change, never received a call back. Had to call again. The day of my appt, the staff was very friendly, and I did not have to wait long. The dr. was extremely unfriendly. He was condescending, and arrogant. He examined my face and spouted off conditions to the nurse dictating, but never explained. More to add-not enough room.
