They are professional at this location and patient friendly; I do feel like they could do a better job following up with patients though on testing. I had to call about a urine culture twice. I was told someone would call me, but no one did. The third time I called, someone at the desk answered and gave me results. All she said was it was "negative" but no follow up on my signs/symptoms I'm still having. Overall, though, I'd go back.

I went in with covid symptoms and no tests were performed. It was suggested that it was allergies. Went home still thinking it was covid and did a home test. Sure enough, I was positive. I called back for atleast an Rx and they said they were not able to provide an Rx for covid. (Which makes no sense) Additionally, I was told I had to pay $100 because they didn't know what my co-pay was. I asked what happened if it was less than that and the receptionist mentioned I would be refunded. Well 3 months have passed and I'm still waiting on my refund because it was not $100. (Was $62). Overall you can tell this is a new establishment and in much need of some customer service training and possibly more medical experience. Just my personal experience, they are still in business so maybe things have gone better for others.

Service was good, facility is nice and clean however they are extremely slow. Only 2 people to be seen and it took over 2 hours. 😟
