Ferdinand Armas's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Armas has always been very proffesional. He always makes you feel like how youre feeling isthe most important thing and that my opinion matters. He takes my views into consideration. He makes me feel as though im a functioning part of society again . Trust me thats a difficult task. They get you in to see them as soon as the next day. Ive seen him work thru lunch to take care of walkins if missed appts. He truly cares about his patients and takes his profession very seriously l, as well as the oath he took to help and care for people. He is passionate about his work and about getting to the root of the problem and then making a plan to face it head on. No man is anything without a great woman behind him, and Mrs. Armas is just that a great woman. She is well educated, well spoken, has a heart of gold, and is always there to address any questions or concerns that she can and if she doesn't have the awnser you can bet she'll find it and get back to you. I couldnt be more pleased with the care I've received in the past 3 years. Keep up the excellent work.... You are a wonderful team. 5⭐'s. Love you..... Stacy Scott

As soon as I walked in I felt respect and his secretary is such a sweetheart. She could tell I was nervous and had anxiety and depression (which I was there for). Doctor Armas couldn’t have helped by sitting and talking to me to get to the root of my anxiety and depression.Dr.Armas has helped me more than I can express. I absolutely love both Dr. Armas & his pretty and caring wife along with how very well / respectful they anytime I've ever been to an appointment or called their office.. He's one of the rare Drs. in Chattanooga that truly Carr's about his patients with a great deal of knowledge on psychiatry and and amazing advice in a very serene and clean atmosphere each visit with him. He is the best and I would refer him to anyone any day for professional medical help to help with their overall mental health

Him and his wife are both arrogant and will mock you.

Can not get them to return calls or renew meds.

Dr Armas is a great pill mill doctor, but doesn’t care about you, not really. I wouldn’t go back to him if I was paid to do so! They should be sued for malpractice. His office does not cooperate with any other doctors, and is well known for that. He can’t keep a front secretary to save his life, there’s always someone different answering IF they answer the phone, and You can’t get your history unless you pay $1 per page!! He should learn to treat people like People and not Animals or trash!!

The whole Armas family gets 5 stars. Mr. And Mrs Armas..Dr Armas, his daughter is also a Dr. Mrs Armas she is just the sweetest woman. They make me feel the family atmosphere they create in the office. I can't thank Dr. Armas enough he helps me with coping mechanisms and listens as I ramble on and on about my life and never do I feel judged or less than. He never makes me feel like he is too busy. I get such a boost of positive from him and his whole family. I look forward to my next visit. Its just amazing how he set such an amazing example for his child and his patients.

In hopes he never retires. I've never been so comfortable at speaking with him without a feeling of being judged. I've met others that drive over a hour to see him. I've never heard any thing but good of him as a pharmacists actually referred him to me 4 yrs ago.Thank you Dr Armas for being so caring & a great listener.

Avoid this doctor at all costs. I've seen him for over a year and have seen psychiatrists for 13 years and he is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. He will bill you phony bills and keep claiming deductibles have not been paid over and over again. Dr. Armas will ridicule you and give you the worst advice. He put me on controlled substances without informing me he was doing so. You would think that's something you would want to mention to your patient. Dr. Armas is arrogant and vapid, don't fool yourself, you're nothing but a number on a screen for this sociopath pretending to be a doctor.
