This group is wonderful! So professional and caring at the same time. Dr. Colleen Schmitt is a terrific and thorough specialist that I can not say enough wonderful things about! Truly would endorse this practice with everyone.

Communication with this group is terrible. Example: labs drawn and then results take 10-14 days per voicemail. Left msg after left msg with no returned call. Visit the office to speak with someone and no one to talk to. So frustrating but what can one do.

Today was my second time coming here and I must say they are the most friendly and professional people I've met everyone was super nice Dr Chad m charapata was super nice and so was his nurse's if I could I would give them 100 star's⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I wish more clinics were like this I would like to thank each and everyone for there service I was very satisfied with my outcome thank you ladies and I for your service and prayer's oh not to mention clinic super clean ❤️🙏🏾

There is no outside signage for this office. It is inside the smaller building connected to the covered parking garage.

Dr. Yates and his nurses are outstanding! I mean simply outstanding! I’m a big reviewer because I think it’s important the community know about the services offered in our area. And I’m always extremely honest whether good or bad. Dr. Yates is kind and professional and asked me to please maintain communication with him, which most Doctor’s do not do and his nurses were all extraordinarily helpful and kind and non judgmental and just a joy to work with.

This practice has a policy that patients are NOT allowed to get a second opinion at a different practice. If you are prudent about your healthcare, then this is NOT the place for you.I saw Nurse Practitioner Doloris Hawk (Dr. Schmitt’s NP) ONCE for a consultation visit and after my exam and lab work, it was found that I likely have IBS and should just take a laxative everyday, in addition to IBS Guard (peppermint oil pills). I felt this was not an adequate diagnosis or recommendation, as almost all laxatives say not to take them longer than about a week, so I did not return. 3 years later, I was referred to another GI at a different practice. Nothing really came from that consultation either, except eliminating potential diagnoses. Fast forward to now (4 years later) and I was once again referred to Galen for another GI consultation and potential colonoscopy. When I was called to schedule my appointment, I was told I can no longer see ANY of the doctors at Galen because I had simply gone to a SINGLE consultation visit with another doctor. I have never heard of this policy at a practice before and it’s absolutely INSANE!!! Based on both of my brief, negative experiences with this group, I HIGHLY recommend finding another practice to meet your needs.

The staff is friendly and professional. They always call me back in a timely manner and do everything in their power to make sure I stay healthy.

I have had Dr, Gregory Olds for the last six years or so, and I have received nothing but excellent care from him. I highly recommend him.

Staff is rude. And if you complain you get dismissed. Not to mention I overlooked that I was misdiagnosed and hoped to tell Kim Gardner that in my next visit. I was even forgiving the horrible way the nurse talked to me and even sent a catty letter to me bc I didn’t get her message. I was threatened with dismissal for ignoring calls. What? So yet another nurse is rude and I complain —casually— to a tech and she tells. And now I am being punished? I am not a child and everyone in that place talks down to you. Save yourself the trouble and go see anyone else. It’s a shame you’re at the mercy of them and they treat you so horribly. That’s Galen for ya. Corporate care instead of compassionate care.
