Called the number Google shows and waited for a while on hold which is fine and normal, and when I finally reached a human she was one of the snarkiest receptionists I've ever had to talk with. I was thrown back a little and would just recommend some courteous training to the staff who get paid by their patients!
I’ve been going to Doctor Patel since May 2013. He diagnosed me Stage 4 cirrhosis (NASH), with two years to live. He kept me on the right path. And with Gods help I’m now Stage 3 with a MELD score of 6. Thank you 🙏 Lord for giving Doctor Patel the talent to help those who choose help.
Says they're open 24 hours but when I call it says I've called after hours. Which one is it?
I am not sure who these other reviewers were seeing, but I have had nothing but great services and experiences with Dr. Patel and his staff. Waiting room times averaged 20 minutes, responsiveness of staff has been great! Perhaps these reviews weer for another practitioner, but I think Dr. Patel is one of the best physicians I have dealt with, period.
staff walking around, care less about patients to be seen by the doctor. awful wait time. if you are late or miss appointment you get charged. But doctor could make you wait hours and hours without any repercussions. if you get sick you are under their mercy

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
