Dr. Chaudhari and his staff are wonderful. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure you are getting the correct treatment and care.

Heather Dunn is a great practitioner, my review is about the office as a whole, especially the front end staff/phone staff. I'm looking for a new PCP because the phone staff is the most rude and unprofessional medical staff I've encountered in a while. Called to refill a prescription, they told me they can't until I make an appointment, I made the appointment for 2 weeks out. I get the text to confirm the appointment, I canceled it becuase I'm sick. I think call to make sure cancelation went through, there was a long wait, they say they'll call me back, never do. Next day they call to confirm I'm coming. The day of the appointment I call to make sure they canceled and reschedule so I don't get charged for no show. It takes 20 minutes to finally reach someone, she then tells me I have no appointment in the system, so I tell her maybe it's because it successfully was canceled and she says no you haven't made an appointment in 6 months. She kept insisting I haven't called, even though I literally called the number that called me the day before to confirm the appointment. So I say okay, I'll make a new appointment. She puts me on hold and never comes back on...

The wait was minimal in a comfortable waiting room. The staff was friendly and professional. I love the concern and attention to details that Catherine Norton, NP shows. She seeks to resolve any issues about which I ask. I am so thankful for a good place to come for my medical needs.

I love this office. Dr. Sherrer is a smart and very compassionate doctor. He will answer every question that you have and you never feel rushed. I love the office staff and feel that they are very attentive and competent. My mother and daughters see Dr. Gouge and she is equally wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this office and staff.

As many others have written, this office has the most surly front desk staff. They couldn't be less friendly when you speak with them on the phone. I also had issues getting prescriptions filled/refilled. I would submit orders through my mail order pharmacy, and they would never be approved by the doctor's office. And when I call, it's always "We never got it" - my asthma doctor's office never has a problem, why is this only an issue for Galen? AND THEN, I specifically told the person I spoke to that I had changed insurance and mail order pharmacies, so they needed to submit to a new mail order pharmacy, and they went ahead and submitted it to the old pharmacy anyway. I am now out of one medication and will be out of another one soon. This is a lethal combination - rude, inconsiderate, incompetent personnel. The doctors at this office MIGHT be adequate-to-good (I've only seen them once, so hard to say), but everyone else around them is an epic failure. I strongly recommend that you avoid this practice at all costs.
