As I’ve previously written Dr. Ball is amazing He is warm friendly kind compassionate understanding easy to talk to giving wanting to help relieve his patients pain period He wants to help his warm spirit is felt every time he walks in the room. Just a very comforting sweet spirit and you know you trust you believe with all of your heart that he is going to help you. I have suffered for four years now with daily facial nerve pain. Trigeminal Neuralgia and neuropathy that keeps me from being able to work and live life. I’ve seen 16 different specialist from neurosurgeons to ENT doctors over the last four years. I’ve had 2 brain surgeries and multiple painful test after another and nothing has helped me. Dr. Ball started helping me on day 1 . He scheduled injections and worked hard with appeals to my insurance company. His nurses have as well. On day 1 I didn’t have to call and beg and wait for anything to be done they were on it from day 1. They are all a God send.

Dr. Ball has been treating me off and on since 2005. I've been continually seeing him since my last year of Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2017 for pain. Because of the 28 rounds of chemotherapy and 34 rounds of radiation, my entire body was in uncontrollable pain. Even on Fentanyl patches and morphine pills the pain in my bones, nerves and joints were still unbearable. When I went back to Dr. Ball in 2017, I was mentally and physically ready to die yet my daughters hadn't graduated high school yet. So I had to keep fighting. Dr. Ball immediately knew where to start to get my pain under control. We are going through cycles now of Cryoablations that give me long term pain relief and I'm so grateful to him and Brandy, Brandon, the surgical teams and the office staff!! They are awesome and Dr. Ball has completely changed my life. He can't completely remove the pain, damage is done, however he can continue to help me get through the rest of this life by managing the pain. He is an expert and has the most incredible understanding of what he does... he blows my mind with the different ways he can help people who don't want to just exist by having to use pain pills. He has options and he is a God send. I have recommended him to so many people. I'm thankful to say that with God's grace, goodness and Dr. Ball's brain and hands I live with a little less pain and a lot more graciousness.

There is such a big stigmatism with chronic pain and pain management it normally always causes us to feel guilty or ashamed that we have chronic pain and need help. I’ve seen about 15 different doctors specialist surgeons.. etc. in the last 4 years I’ve had several different surgeries painful test and procedures gone through so many different medications and had to deal with their side effects. My life has been totally shattered.Today was my first visit with Dr. Ball I had heard that he was very kind from several of my own patients being a nurse I always want to know how my patients feel about the specialist that we refer out to. They’ve all said that he was so kind so helpful and most said he helped them regain their lives back.I can’t even express how correct they were he is so kind spoken his bed side manner is amazing and I really felt like he saw me that he felt my misery and really wants to help. I did not feel like just a number or that I should feel ashamed of the fact that I’m in daily pain and need help.Tomorrow when I return to work I will give all the details to the doctor that I work for and we will only refer to him in the future. People who hurt everyday all day need help They don’t need to be judged or treated as if they are drug seekers or be made to feel ashamed. Yes there is an opioid epidemic I didn’t get opioids but even if I did the epidemic and street use has made it so hard for people who are suffering and need help from these medication types to get the medications that would help them to be able to enjoy and live life.The entire office worked very smoothly everyone knew their job and stayed right on time completing task that were needed done before I seen Dr. Ball. I was so impressed by the stream line and time management.If you are looking for someone and need help please consider Dr.Ball... he can help you without making you feel ashamed or apologetic that you need pain management.

Dr. Ball has a great bed side manner seems compassionate and truly interested in helping you. Will explain throughly makes you feel very at ease before procedures. I don’t know how much to emphasize he is one of the best doctors I have Might be because he actually helps relieve my pain. He normally does 23 procedures a year If I could see him at pain Management other than a NP that would be my choice I see him in surgery days only. He is awesome

Dr. Ball helped me start a pain medication that relieved a majority of my pain. However he also performed the MILD Procedure on three levels of my lumbar which removed 99% of my pain. He knows what he is doing and so does his staff. Dr. Ball is ahead of all other pain doctors in the Chattanooga Area. A++ He actually saved my life.

Most caring Dr. EVER. Dr. Ball has done epidurals on me and my mom for years. Always makes you feel at ease.
