Dr. Sims is a fantastic doctor. He will spend time with you. I rate him 5 stars. However, overall 3 stars only because there are some staff and administration issues. Several problems with this. I believe he does not get the support he needs. Hopefully it gets sorted out.

Harrison Sims is the most compassionate doctor. He has a fantastic staff and they are knowledgeable and helpful in all areas of medicine. He Is The Guy! I refer people here all of the time. Just know it is going to take a bit to be called back because he spends Real TIME with Every Patient, not just one!

Great doctor and very considerate to my wife and squeezed her in at last minute and is super understanding.The office manager and some of the people behind the counter though are straight trash and should go fall in the ditch they came from.Never seen such horrible and rude and disrespectful behavior and attitudes I would only recommend this place for the doctor.

I recently moved to Tennessee from Georgia and needed to establish care with a new family medicine practice. I was accepted by Dr. Sims as a patient easily enough, but I never actually saw him. I called a day ahead of my appointment only to be told it had been moved to the previous week. I never received any communication regarding this change. I was able to reschedule for the day I originally confirmed and arrived early to my appointment. I waited for over an hour before I was brought back to a examination room. I then waited another thirty minutes before leaving and requesting a refund for my copay. I had to take off half a day of work and ended up missing another, unrelated, appointment. It just seems inconsiderate to schedule a patient for an appointment and then offer no warning that the doctor is behind schedule or even an apology. I have heard nothing but good things about Dr. Sims, but I would only recommend him if you can afford to wait well beyond your scheduled appointment to be seen.

Great and caring Dr. his office staff is awesome; as well as the nurses. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Sims is short tempered and yells at his patients. Terrible doctor. Doesn’t care about their health. The nurses are super sweet though. Yelled at my older mother and made her cry. He Yelled at her over his staffs mistake. Completely horrible person. Also never apologized for his mistake and outburst behavior.

This review is mainly for his front office staff. Do not expect any help or anything but a terrible attitude when seeking help after you’ve moved. If this was my practice I would question the professional capacity of my front office support.

Great running nose doctor but wouldn't trust him with any serious health issues. Completely incompetent staff more concern with their lunch plans then the patients. Average wait time spent in the lobby is 1.5 to 2 hours for less then a few minutes with this God Complex doctor. Clearly he is in it for innsurance money, with no true concern for his patients actual health.
