Such a joke for The Dr. BEFORE HIS NAME. MY MOM WENT FOR A COLONOSPY FIRST OF THE YEAR, WELL AFTER WAKING UP IN THE RECOVERY ROOM CALLING US AS A FAMILY , WE WERE TOLD SOMETHING DIDFERENT EVEN THE PAPERS SENT HOME WITH HER SAID THE SAME THING.. WE RETURN CPLE WEEKS Later he denied any of that. He is a poor excused for a Gastrologist.... HE WANT contradict himself NOmore with MY FAMILY

Dr. Pake has been my gastroenterologist for several years now and he is a very nice Dr. And I won't go to any other Dr. In his field.. He's the best..

I inherited Dr. Paik a few years ago when Dr. Somers, who I really liked left the practice. I am a complex patient with several autoimmune diseases that impact bowel function. Each time I have to see Dr. Paik, I leave there more frustrated than the time before. When I attempt to discuss issues with him and try to get to the bottom of my situation, he literally looks at me with a blank stare. I am a nurse myself, I also am very informed regarding my disease processes. I have run into some bad doctors but never to this degree. I had acute issues with labs and imaging, after a month, nothing is still in my chart. I have contacted the office with no response. The office staff itself is nice but Dr. Paik is a whole other story. Thankfully, I have found a new GI doctor who takes my insurance who will hopefully be a better fit for my situation.

I have had trouble for years and I couldn't find the right doctor to help me. I was so relieved to have a competent doctor who took a look at my test results and was able to work it all out really quickly. And I also have never had such an amazing staff from top to bottom, who were kind, compassionate, willing to go above and beyond the typical doctors office visits! I truly don't know what I would do with out the help of this amazing place! A True God Send!

I was referred to Dr. Paik by my PCP for unexplained nausea that sometimes lasts days on end. He spent no time getting to know my history or really understanding the issue before ordering multiple tests that all came back normal. After hundreds of dollars in tests, no answers, and another $40 copay, he spent five minutes with me to tell me to schedule a follow up in a year. Everyone else in his practice was amazing to work with and so compassionate, but I would never recommend Dr. Paik.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paik's for about 7 years now and I have never had an issue with him. He is a very through Dr, and very caring. His staff are very friendly, caring, helpful.

Dr Paik always spends time with me answering my questions and is always concerned about my healthcare.

I would not recommend Dr. Paik. He and his staff are not on the same page, and I came away from appointments confused as to how he would treat me. The doctor will recommend something, and the nurses and front desk tell you something else regarding procedures or even scheduling for procedures. After an appointment with him, I didn't know what I needed or when since I was given differing information from everyone there. I found the staff to be very rude and the doctor to be confused as to how he handles procedures and the way he treats patients. Not efficient. I did not feel I was getting adequate treatment for my health issues.

Dr. Paik is not consistent in his information to patients. He will tell you different things a different times, so you don’t know what to think. His staff is not pleasant to deal with. I don’t feel he cares about his patients.
