Dr. Brown is a wonderful Doctor! I can’t stress that enough! He has been our Doctor for 27 years and has always taken very good care of my husband and I. He does not hesitate to send us on for testing or to see another specialist if needed. I never have to wait very long in his office before I see him. He covers everything each and every time. Asking questions and taking notes all the while. He is a Doctor who really cares about his patients. I could stay there all day and he would listen to me. He doesn’t have his hand on the door ready to leave - like some Doctors - instead, he takes his time and LISTENS. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Brown - “A Doctor who CARES about his patients.” I wouldn’t want any other Primary Care Doctor but him! On a side note, his receptionist, Ann, is absolutely unbelievable!! EXTREMELY efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable!!

I have used Dr. Brown for many years and he is a wonderful Dr. He and I have a good understanding of his office procedures and I know that he will give me all the time that is needed for whatever the problem might be. He asks what the visit is for and then I wait while he types and reads my history before I ask my questions. He calls me at home if needed, even in the evening!

Dr. Brown is professional and extremely detailed with his patient care. He does type while he is speaking with you but he is very attentively listening to you and your needs. He spends whatever time is necessary to take care of you. He returns calls the same day as well as his assistant. They are very good about referrals, you get the paper referral in the mail in less than a week. Prescriptions, you get refills within 24 hours or less. He follows up on all bloodwork within a week or less. Anything that may be alarming he will call you even if it’s Saturday. This doctor is really a gem. He may not be all warm and fuzzy but he cares more than any doctor I have seen in my life. Unfortunately I have seen a lot of doctors! He refers you to quality doctors he has personal experience with. He has your care in mind 150 percent. He is an A plus, plus, plus doctor without a doubt.

The office staff is unprofessional; the cancellation policy fluctuates; access to doctors is difficult unless you pay. This doctor tried to schedule my husband for a hernia surgery rather than even pursuing that it could be a gluten allergy & turned my insurance-covered office visit into a specialty visit in billing & then dropped me as a patient through the mail after I had to fight the non-covered charge. Even refills were a hassle. I am the third person in my family to leave this doctor.

Dr Brown has been my PCP for several years. He provides information regarding my visit but also gives me information for future use. I believe he is thorough and he explains the hows and whys. He spends an adequate amount of time with me and gives me the opportunity to ask questions. His staff is always, always courteous and professional. The office is clean and when I leave after an appointment, I feel I have received excellent care.

The rudest doctor I have ever seen at any time for any condition. Spent 95% of the appointment typing and ignoring me.

Dr. Brown's bedside manner leaves something to be desired. He spent no time with me, and his nurse was just as unprofessional. Had my yearly exam, no one scheduled my mammogram or other needed proceedures. Left countless messages on nurses voicemail and spent way too much time on phone with my insurance company just to have Dr. Brown's office follow up with me a week and a half later.

Wonderful & Extremely caring doctor, Wonderful staff, and a joy to have as my doctor. Dr. Howard Brown
