I have been seeing Dr Kraft for almost 2 years for chronic migraines. He listens to my concerns and provides the best treatment plan for me. He is kind and has the best bedside manner of any physician I have ever met.

Dr Kraft will not respond to a patient who had a brain MRI which he ordered. It shows abnormal results that are concerning. Dr's office has been called six times over about a two week period w messages left w his assistant. Dr Kraft has the poorest patient care that I have witnessed. He obviously cares absolutely nothing about the needs or concerns of the patients.

Dr Kraft was initially an engaging thorough physician. However, my last two appointments have seemed rushed and he did not appear to listen to my concerns or questions. I have not improved under his care. In fact, my neurological symptoms have worsened although I update him.

Left message for Dr early in the morning asking about a new medication and how it would interact with current meds - waited all day - no call back....Second time....
