Not only is he the nicest doctor I've ever been to he cares for his patient's.You give me the name of 1 doctor that has t.hat many patient's and can remember the name of every one of them if there is another one then you can tell me he's not one special doctor! You feel like family when u walk into an exam room and he walks in with a smile on his face and a great personality to boot.He examines you like a doctor should he's a perfectionist he does it right and by the books.....the bad reviews he gets is by people that have failed a urine test (which is their own fault ) or people who have came in with a m.r.i that showed there wasn't nething wrong and he released them because there was nothin he could do..He's doin everything right he's a caring doctor who needs to be left alone so he can do his job....Ask his patients they will all agree with me

This doctor is a lot better than where I use to go. At my old doctor I would be there anywhere from 6 to 12 hours but here they were very professional and prompt. I would recommend anyone to go here if you are in chronic pain.

The previous reviewer has never been to this Dr. Ive been a patient for 7 years. He has NEVER been "Dr O'Neil" "O'Neil Medical" is the name of the office only. By the time someone with chronic pain gets to the point of pain management all we need are meds to help keep us comfortable, Dr Al-Amin does that. The wait times are VERY LONG, up to 10 hours, believe it or not (CRAZY) I have been there as late as 2am having 3pm appt. If you have legit pain and just need meds..... this is the Dr for you. (PS. loosing Tony & Shelley was a HUGE mistake) I am no longer a patient, I did find a PMP that takes my ins. and has normal wait times. However I would go back to Dr Al-amn if I needed to.

As with almost every doctor on earth, he appears to be in a big hurry. I've never actually seen a doctor that didn't appear as though their hair was on fire. I saw this same doctor probably 15 - 20 years ago and he was not a pain control dr. at that time. He appeared much the same then as he did this time. He appeared patient and very knowledgable and caring at that time as well as this time. The most noticeable change was that he had learned how to get straight to the point and stop trying to make everyone like him. If I am in need of medical treatment I don't really care what his bedside manner is, I just want to know what is wrong and HOW do I fix it! and that is he is very good at. kudos from me to Dr. O'neal or whatever he's calling himself these days. If you check out quite a few other dr's in the Chatt-Choo area you'll find that almost every dr. has at least one pharmacy that will not deal with them...some say the dr. is too picky about accuracy in record keeping by the pharm.

DOC IS VERY HELPFUL HOWEVER WAITING TIME IS VERY LONG,,,,,,,,,,,,BUT IS A CONCERNED DOCTOR

this doc is a JOKE..you cant understand 1 word he says, NEVER ON TIME, has several lawsuits against him, doesnt listen to what you say,Walgreens and other pharmacies wont even let him get meds filled there from dealing with him..he'll drop you for no reason leaving you in severe withdrawls, fakes urine test results and wont let you look at them for proof. the first time i saw him i was a patient of his for a few months. i was given 30mg roxycodones to take 3 times a day and Soma. my husband and i heard a bunch of people complaining that were ahead of us. he gave me a urine test, came back and said i tested positive for methamphetamines (i have NEVER taken any methamphetamine drug in my entire life.the 2nd time he saide i tested for methadone (he had to get a magnifying glass to look and was laughing about how he couldnt really see it BE WARNED THIS DOCTOR WILL HURT YOU. I'M NOT AFRAID TO TYPE ANY OF THIS BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TO ME TWICE WITH HIM AND I AM A PERSON IN TRUE CHRONIC PAIN.
