List of Jack Greer's Reviews
Had a wonderful visit with Dr Greer. He resolved my problem with immediate attention and care. Easy to get appointments.
First visit. Very efficient staff. Back in office in 10 minutes. Dr Greer pinpointed my problems and planned treatments. Very pleased with the office.
Dr. Greer and his staff took great care of my husband and I!!!! I'd like to comment on people's complaints about the wait time. Instead to complaining about how long you have to wait, be thankful you are seeking care from a doctor who is willing to take whatever time is needed with his patients. It is IMPOSSIBLE to know how long each visit is going to take, how many questions a patient will have, or how long the treatment will take. If quality of healthcare is important enough , the patient will gladly wait. If it's not, they should move on and not waste the doctor's time. Thank you Dr. Greer and staff!!!!
See him tomorrow.
I absolutely love Dr. Greer and Haven and the audiologist I think it's Claudia maybe they are extremely caring and the kids and I love coming to their appointments
I will have to say. Dr. Greer has taken great care of me. Completed a major surgery on Monday I feel good as new. Dr Greer and his staff at chi memorial took care of every need I had. Made me feel like I was at home. I would have to give him 10 on his skills an and practice in medicine. Thanks.
Waited over an hour just to get called back and put in a room to wait another hour and 40 minutes. Dr Greer did not wash his hands (that I saw) and had to scope me. I was a new patient worried about damage to my throat after an incident. The office was way too busy just not sure how sanitary this office really is. I would not recommend
I can't believe there are any positive reviews about this clown (Dr. Jack Greer). As so many of the reviews state, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. He is condescending and extremely arrogant. Not to mention, he disfigured my nose while trying to perform surgery to correct my septum. A week after surgery, I returned to him for post-op to have packing and bandages removed. He used a scalpel to remove some of the bandages and sliced my nose with it. I could see the blood on my nose. He reached over and grabbed some gauze then proceeded to not so gently dab up the blood. He actually said to me, "Oh, you must have thin skin". He just cut me with a scalpel and that was his response. The next day, I noticed my nostrils were very asymmetrical and there was something pushing out the skin inside of my left nostril. I presumed it was either a stitch he didn't remove or cartilage that was not where it should be. I immediately scheduled another appointment and yes, I had to wait forever in the waiting room. When he finally came in to see me, he barely let me explain before blowing it off as swelling. Absolute bull! He told me to come back in six months. When I returned for that visit, he again told me it was swelling and we should check it again in six months. Of course, that was after a two hour wait. So I waited six months and returned once again. Same insane wait time but this visit he actually half-way admitted he might have made a mistake and that he might have to do a revision surgery - "the first time in his career". He also told me that if I expected my nose to be perfect, I should have gone to the guys downstairs. Apparently, that is where the cosmetic surgeons are. He said he would have his office staff schedule a revision surgery with me. That was in February, 2020. I never heard from them. I would really like to have my nose repaired correctly (it is embarrassing when people think something is hanging out of my nose and my nostrils are different sizes). However, I don't really trust Dr. Greer to do any work on me and the cost to have another doctor correct his mistake should be his responsibility. Also, I contacted several attorneys. They said there is nothing that can be done after one year from the surgery. Dr. Greer knew what he was doing by putting me off before hesitantly admitting his mistake. Please, do yourself a favor. Seek out another doctor.
I arrived to my son's appointment an hour early because I live an hour away and feared traffic. The office requests that you arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. A half an hour after my son's scheduled time I decided to ask for a gauge on wait time as we had to leave at a certain time to pick up my husband from the airport among other appointments. I was informed they were running 1.5 hours behind which means I would have waited 2.5 hours total or 2 hours from their requested arrival time. No one informed me of the delay until I asked. I explained I had to arrange child care for my other children, had to pick up my husband from the airport, live an hour away, etc. and it would be difficult to do this again. They were not willing to help me other than reschedule. I have also previously seen Dr. Greer and waited over an hour to even be called back to start the process of the appointment. I am in health care. I understand wait times on occasion and especially emergencies. But you know the saying. Full me once shame on you. Full me twice shame on me. I did not elect to reschedule.
Did my surgery in 2017..he is smug.and self centered but if i was as good in his profession hell yeah! I would be smug too.hes awesome doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
