Jack Rowland's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Rowland delivered my second child. I was able to have a vaginal birth after a previous cesarean section (from another OBGYN), thanks to Dr. Rowland advocating me through it and being encouraging. He is very patient and willing to allow his clients to pursue the birth plan they wish (obviously under certain circumstances- if there are no pre existing conditions or maternal complications). I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is absolutely precious. He has this calming way of making you feel good, and he remembers you from previous appointments. He will ask you about a vacation you took months ago or will ask you about your job (and I'm thinking well that's great he remembered that because I sure didn't). He is not quick to leave a room and wants to make sure you are heard. I really do not think he could ever get mad or frazzled about anything; I would love to be a fly on the wall.. honestly. Did I mention he is so precious? Go to him! You won't be sorry.

Doctor Jack Rowland, And his assistant Megan. Have to be 2 of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. Doctor Jack always listens to you he hears you and he cares about you. Megan calls you back promptly when you have something and takes care of you quickly. Actually his entire staff is pretty nice. I have been seen doctor Jack for over 7 years. I can imagine life without them. Thank you so much for all you do for me

Dr. Rowland is the most caring doctor I've ever been to. He listens to and answers all of my questions, and I never feel like he's in a hurry and rushing through my appointment. I will continue seeing him from now on.

Messed up my son's circumcision and he had to have additional surgery at 7 months old.

Dr. Rowland and his crew are compassionate and down to earth. I feel very comfortable discussing my health issues with them. Dr. Rowland championed me through my pregnancy, delivered my son and now he’s helping me overcome the emotional rollercoaster of menopause. You won’t find a better OBGYN in Chattanooga. His assistant Megan is absolutely fabulous, too!

Dr. Rowland is my favorite. When I'm very concerned with something and I address it to him and he thoroughly explains the way it will be and I also like the fact I tell him how and what I want he honors it. Rowland has delivered my daughter and fixing to delevery my son. I love dr. Rowland and Meagan I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Dr Rowland for about 10 years. He is kind, thoughtful, gentle and listens. I have always felt like my care is in great hands with Dr. Rowland. He is probably my most favorite doctor to date. I agree that sometimes the wait can be long but remember he delivers a lot of babies...

I became a patient of Dr. Rowland by absolute chance. I was originally seeing a doctor in Winchester, TN. and I went into Pre-term labor. I was sent to Parkridge East so they could continue trying to stop my labor and if necessary take care of my twins in the NICU there. My water ended up breaking and Dr. Rowland happened to be the doctor on call that night so he performed my emergency c-section. After my surgery, he came to check in on me daily, sometimes multiple times a day, until I was released from the hospital. I am beyond thankful that he was the doctor on call that night, he treated me with so much compassion and he genuinely cared about me even though I was just thrown at him at random. That experience sealed it for me that I never wanted to see any other doctor besides him. I struggled to get pregnant with my second child and he helped me through it. Once I did become pregnant, he went above and beyond to make sure that I had a successful pregnancy and made sure I stayed pregnant as long as possible. I truly can NOT say enough good things about Dr. Rowland.

I had left my original OB at 35 weeks due to issues in my pregnancy that (the original Dr.) would not address. I felt neglected. I kept telling (original Dr.) About these problems And was never treated seriously, couldn't even get a telephone call back from (original Dr.) I knew all about the issue at hand, as I had experienced the same issue with my previous pregnancy. That is when I found Dr. Rowland and I am so glad I did. I came into his office and Dr.Rowland immediately gave me the medical attention I needed. My fluid was extremely low, which could have hurt my baby. I was leaking fluid. My first visit he took me straight in and treated me like gold. Through his great treatment and expertise I delivered my daughter full term with Dr. Rowland. My husband was the only one in the room when I gave birth. Once she came out Dr Rowland immediately realized it was a special moment that needed to be captured. He grabbed my husbands phone and started taking pics of our new bundle of joy and our reactions as we first held her. Hes amazing. Dr. Rowland also completed my tubal ligation. He was a little late getting to me as I was prepped in surgery waiting. (This can happen with OBs as they are running around town helping women deliver their babies) he apologized for being late then when I woke up he had a Starbucks gift card with an apology note attached. He is just the most caring, patient, loving physician. His office is well maintained. He doesnt overload his office with too many patients and he actually listens when you talk with him. I love Dr. Rowland!

This man is kind and thoughtful as well a being a very skilled surgeon. I felt well cared for through the entire process. So glad to have found him. I am still recovering but feel my results will make my life so much better. Sometimes you may have to wait a little in his office as he is an OBGYN and cannot always predict what will be happening with his patients. He took time to explain everything to me and my husband after the surgery. Couldn't ask for a better doctor!!
