I had a lap band installed per Dr Ponce in 2004 and have had no problems at all. I Lost 100 lbs and It changed my changed my life. I will not go to anyone except him for fills . He is the most knowledgeable in this country! Thanks for giving me my life back DR Ponce .GodBless you always!

I love Dr Ponce and his staff. I can say they are as always there for you . Dr Ponce is the best . My surgery was Feb 13th 2020. I have no pain no gas if you listen to them.

Brook is wonderful and sweet dietitian is wonderful and sweet Gram is awesome and Dr ponce is very nice and cares about his patients he isn't there to be your friends he is there to saved you life. Dr Ponce makes you feed comfortable . Thanks

I previously had a Lap Band installed by Dr. Tom Ross in Ellijay, Ga. Dr. Ross retired, so I was without a Lap Band doctor. Dr. Ponce was gracious enough to take me as a patient.

The staff, Logan, Brooke, and Graham, are disrespectful to patients. No eye contact. No "please" or "thank-you." Graham, the social worker who does psychological evals, is a basket case. Economy bariatric surgery comes at a price.

As far as a surgeon, Dr. Ponce he is awesome. I have had zero issues and my scars are very small. If you need a surgeon that is going to see you for your office visits, he is not your doctor. Jamie, the nurse/nurse practitioner, (not sure of her title), does post op appointments. She does a great job and is able to answer any questions. I had the Sleeve Out Patient and I am so glad that I did the Out Patient option. Recovery, for me, right after the surgery was not that bad.

Superior expertise. Level of confidence really put me at ease. Staff is top notch! From the initial inquiry to my last follow up visit. They even have a special person dedicated to help each patient through the process. When I had questions outside office hours, she was available. Went way above expectations. Best decision I ever made.
