Jason Horinouchi's Online Review Report Card

I had a TIA, thankful no damage. Dr "H" saw me in the Hospital. He was very personal and concerned of my health. He kept me a couple of days and ran necessary tests ... Which I needed! He explained to me ALL tests, why, and what he found. VERY thankful, as no one had done this before. Others always be wanted to add meds instead of getting to bottom of my issue. Feeling better than I have in 3 yrs!!

This doctor was the discharge doctor for my mother at Erlanger North and a disaster. He would not listen very well and wrote slangerous personal comments about me a family member in her discharge summary. I was trying very hard to handle her health care over the miles and she was in there for 21 days. I am contacting the state on his behavior.

This doctor treated my mother at Erlanger North and does not listen. He compromised my mother's health care by slandering me her POA in her discharge summary. He did not like me insisting he follow Chattanooga Heart Institutes medications my mother is suppose to take. He had never met me and slandered me in writing in my mother's chart. I am waiting to see how Erlanger handles this situation. I would not want another patient or their family being mistreated by this doctor.

We couldn't be happier with Dr. H. He's an exceptionally kind, intelligent, understanding, compassionate doctor. As a hospitalist at Erlanger he gave us answers when others failed to. We wish he had his own practice because we would be his patients in a heartbeat. We can't say enough positive things about Dr. H.
