He is an awesome Doctor and his staff is awesome as well and very understanding.

Took forever to get an appointment. During my appointment, he opened another patient's file and tried to tell ME about MY health history. Almost prescribed medication that didn't pertain to me. When I helped him realize his mistake, he was rude about it and did not apologize. I had procedures done 2 weeks ago and have yet to make an appointment because they do not answer their office phone. I'm changing doctors. Would NOT recommend.

Took a month and a half to get an appointment. When I arrived, he opened the wrong person file and tried to tell ME about MY health history and tried to prescribe things that weren't for me. He didn't apologize when he realized he was looking at the wrong thing. He was rude. It's also been 2 weeks since my colonoscopy and I have had to see him again because no one answers their office phone. Would not recommend. You might as well suffer.

Dr. Philipose diagnosed my condition when no others could figure it out. Primary sclerosing cholangitis. I have encountered several doctors that never heard of it. Very compassionate and explained to my understanding. He even was able to tell me there is no cure and without a liver transplant, it is fatal without freaking me out. My sister is going to be a living donor for me.

First met Dr Phillippose in emergency situation and he performed surgery on me. Have been seeing him in office since then and I have found him to be very professional yet personable. Takes the time to explain and find possible solutions toward better health. Definitely feel fortunate to have found him!

My husband got Dr Philippose thru Parkridge East Hospital. He was to the point on what to do with diagnosis. He did the Pan the next day and he was sent home with pictures, diagnosis , prescription call to pharmancy, and appointment made for 2 werks

Always late to his appointments. You tell them a medication that you can't take and he keeps Prescribing that medication. You tell him that insurance stopped paying for the medication It doesn't bother him at all. All there is 1 star to 5 star so I have to give him 1 star.

Dr Philippose is great he takes time to explain what his plan is and Carrie his physician assistant is very knowledgeable and kind. The staff is all friendly. Great office!

I have been going to this practice for years and have never had a bad experience. Stormy is very welcoming and always greets you with a smile. I've been to doctors offices with poor receptionists that made you feel like you were a burden on them for signing in. This office is the opposite. Even when they are about to close they still treat you with a smile and respect. Thanks guys.

The receptionist, Stormy, is literally one of the rudest human beings I’ve ever encountered. She made me feel unwelcome and even more uncomfortable about being there in the first place. If you have to use Dr. Phillipose, do not deal with her. Insist on speaking with someone else as her level of professionalism is nonexistent.
