List of Jeffrey Jump's Reviews
I’m not sure why his profile states he’s accepting new patients when I received a letter that due to increased hours at another clinic he’s reducing his patient load. Since CHI Memorial took over his practice everything has gone downhill including his ability to offer the same service he did almost 15 years ago. The last couple of years it was nearly impossible to schedule an appointment with him since he was never in the office.
The physical itself was okay, however Dr Jump was not happy that I pushed back about a vaccine he suggested. He got very smart about it. Even though we were face to face that day he NEVER mentioned he would no longer see me as a patient. His office sent a letter two months later. He did this with my mother as well. I don’t know if he doesn’t want to treat anyone with a medical condition or doesn’t ...
My Father has been a patient for a few years. He has been undergoing treatment for onset Dementia. He is a veteran and a retired government employee with fantastic medical coverage. My Dad is coherent and perfectly capable of answering basic questions and asks from the medical team and doctors. He treated my Father like he wasn't there. When my Mother requested another CT Scan due to some issues ...
I have always been very pleased with this practice until they became owened by CHI Memorial. Unfortunately billing is now done through CHI Memorial, they have terrible coders and bill for co-pay you do not owe. Also I had no luck in contacting the CHI billing dept. they make promises to follow up with the provider and never call back. I have been trying to get this corrected since the first of the year. I am very frustrated and may have to change my primary care provider. I have heard of other examples where patients have had horrible issues with the billing department, also. Please consider my experience when choosing this practice.
Dr Jump is great and I have nothing but good things to say about him. I do however have issues with the billing. I come in once a year for a physical that is completely covered by my insurance and each year I get a bill in the mail from CHI memorial stating I owe some small random amount of money - the amount is under $20 but never seem to be the same somehow . After reaching out to them they are usually able to resolve it but the last visits random bill took way too much time for something I shouldn't even be bothered by. While I could easily pay the minor amounts they erroneously bill me, my worry is that if I ever want anything done aside from a simple physical it might get to be a real nightmare.
My wife saw a PA there named Franklin, the PA was very unprofessional, immature, not helpful at all,he did not listen, was focused on his own opinion., causing her emotional grief. We will never go back.
Personal, punctual, and great medical care. Dr Jump has been my doctor for 20 years.
I have seen Dr. Jump for 20 + years and have always been very satisfied. He has always given a referral when needed and I get my lab work done there too. His staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Jump is a warm and kind doctor... but most importantly, he is smart... I never feel like he is guessing or grasping at straws. And if something strikes him strange or he feels like he needs a collaborative views, he is connected to a host of specialists and he does not hesitate to utilize these resources. He's really very good; and I trust him.
My experience with this doctor was such that I had to find another healthcare provider. I had a difficult time with the office staff being rude and impatient with me, and I got so very, very tired of the long waits on my appointment days. The few times I asked about various symptoms or health issues of mine, the answers I received were curt and dismissive. If you prefer someone who is compassionate and considerate, I suggest you look elsewhere for care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
